I think that's the “fashion houses” track that we commented before.

The keep your eyes open was used also by others so I think it is something to do with the lead single? I have seen the eyes open used a few times now.

Even though her post would have been written after knowing the results of the election, the new administration had not yet taken office. M has not been silent (despite some thinking she has not been vocal enough) about what she perceives happening both in the U.S. and in other places around the world. There’s a possibility she felt an impulse to address these current events through music in a way that she hadn’t yet (because they transpired later in her writing process). And even beyond these things, the same could be true personally for her. The creative process can be unpredictable, new inspiration can strike. She continued working up until the last minute — and past it, apparently — which closed the window on 2025. I know waiting is hard. Hopefully, it’ll be worth it. I don’t think she’s just twiddling her thumbs and avoiding the release. I think the process was a little fluid and now that things have solidified, they’re making plans for the most opportune time to launch the album to give it the best chance for success. As with MX, I imagine she is working on multiple aspects of promotion in advance of the release (choreo, styling, musical arrangements, visuals, possibly hiring dancers, etc etc — and all of that can be just for promo tour performances, not necessarily a full concert tour, which, if it were to be in her plans, would require more preparation). If she hadn’t told us in Dec 2024 that she was working on new material, we all might be fretting about whether she would ever give us more new music. Or if she’d given us the fragrance campaign without knowing a new album is coming… everyone might be despairing that we wouldn’t get anything more. I respect that some think telling us too early can cause fatigue and can make some fans tune out. But it’s also been close to seven years — a few more months, in the grand scheme of things, doesn’t change much. I’m as anxious as the next fan to hear new music, but I can also see how we got here. The intervening years have not been empty or idle. I think that's the “fashion houses” track that we commented before. well, i think it's obvious there was at least some delay because it's 2026, but i do agree the rumors that things have been delayed further because of her kids or whatever is probably just speculation. IF she's doing coachella and there's a connection DWP2, all of this will seem silly because spring was probably always the plan (after november didn't happen).

The press coverage is much less and in general people are not as endeared to it. The summer (main) Olympics always captures the worlds full attention. I would love Madonna to play at the Olympics when it arrives in America LA in 2 years time. It would make sense, she is one America’s biggest stars of all time. She turns 70, and I’d imagine it could be the last opportunity to play it, certainly in her native America.
