Youve got to remember it's hard for someone like Madonna now to get significant guaranteed radio play and this trailer is going to go out during the Grammys - something thats very very high profile. The trailer will also be streamed millions of times over and over - The first teaser was viewed 185M times in the first 24 hours last year. it's a huge promotion opportunity that would be very expensive to buy so it would make total sense. I think they would have considered then launching the single tonight or next week if that was the case. Of course I could be completely wrong, but I'd be surprised if we don't get a snippet of the single at least it would be a missed opportunity for major promotion. Or I could see another scenario where the single is launched off the back of the film when it comes out. Theyd be mad to sniff at that kind of mainstream opportunity. Very possible theyd do 1st single now, then album and second single in May.

The deal with allowing them Vogue in exchange for featuring Jump was how it reportedly worked with the first movie. It would make sense if that has happened again. Although this is a Madonna comeback single which is rumoured to be incredible so they may not have had to twist the producers’ arms too hard to get it included. Who knows?! I will love it if this rumour is true, although conscious there is zero basis for it as far as we know.

I hope so but I’m not holding out for it as they might just be using Vogue again BUT it would make sense for WB to negotiate and get the lead single in the movie, especially as now it’s looking like the album will be delivered in Q2, when the movie is released slap bang in the middle of! The remix is just a soundtrack for the trailer and repeats the chorus over and over. The trailer for Marty Supreme has Everybody Want to Rule the World. I suspect that it will be a similar situation with Vogue.
