Many artists first reveal the cover and date, tracklist (with feats) one or two weeks before album release in order to mantain the expectations.

Since todays entertainment coverage was likely the Golden Globes then if an announcement it will be teased tomorrow latest

If they have their eyes on impacting with the album and raising streams ect. they will organise it.
