That might be just how it looks from the outside. I don’t believe that USA will become a Nazi Germany, like ever…. There ARE opposite opinions to what Trumps stands for and there are a lot of people who don’t like him! There will emerge some kind of a strong resistance, if the politicians aren’t vocal enough then it will be simple people who will come to the forefront… because the situation is too bad already for a lotttttt of people

Also, back in the day, in Germany in around 1930 they had more than 3000 newspapers and magazines publushed, around 130 political ones, a few dozen of them were DAILY newspapers. This means they had a huge array of voices and opinions. Furthermore, the citizens of Germany were interested in politics and they were properly educated. I think to remember from a Michael Moore documentary that Germany had the most published newspapers and books per capita on the planet. And the question was raised how it was possible to the arguably most educated nation on the planet at this point could be fooled into believing all of this. Considering the level of education of the overall population of the USA is downright horrible, with estimates saying that 20% of US citizens basically qualify as quasi illiterate and statistics say roughly 50% read on the level of a 6th grader. Now add that US Americans have basically no understanding of the world outside of the USA, its culture, its history, most of them do not even know the history of their very own country. I would like to argue, if there has ever been a nation most in danger of turning into an authoritarian regime, it is the USA. Mostly because of their lack of education. And I would like to quote DJT: "I love the poorly educated".

So true.  Have been watching some terrifying documentaries of the Nazi's rise in Germany and the way Hitler fooled so many initially about his intentions with help from his propaganda machine was an evil masterclass for any dictator.  It is always the same playbook though and if Americans can't see that Trump is using the exact same methods they truly have their heads buried in the sand.  Opponents of Hitler and the Nazi party were eliminated and silenced.  The take over of the press is one of the scariest things that Trump is trying to do.  

The main difference I see though is Trump himself is such a dreadful speaker and fool.  I don't understand how people can't see that.  Nothing he says is intelligent or sane.  His address at the UN was embarrassing for all American people that this offensive stupid fool is their leader.  Hitler was such an evil  disgusting man in every sense but he was a good public speaker.  One of the reasons he was initially listened to.  He fed into the fear of people when the economy in Germany crashed and people were terrified for their future.  That was when he really gained power because he initially seemed to offer financial hope and solutions and had a clever propaganda machine covering up what he really had in store.  He knew how to speak to a crowd. 

I also am sick to death of world leaders not properly taking Trump on.  There is a shocking of amount of apathy about what he is saying and doing.  It is like no matter what he does and says,  people just roll their eyes and think he is just being an idiot again.  It is far more serious than that. 

I feel incredibly sorry for the Americans who are horrified by him, did not vote for him and can fully see what he is doing.

When I saw Keir Starmer licking Trump boots, a few months and weeks ago, and how UK decided to gave up on Canada, I was absolutely disgusted.

Yes and watching William and Kate fawn all over him at that over the top dinner and reception and vice versa was sickening.  I know that they were just doing their royal duties ( they probably can't stand him )  but it was painful to watch.  Keir Starmer's way of flattering him and therefore crawling to him was pathetic and I lost so much respect for him.  When Trump was ranting insanely and offensively at the UN and saying that climate change was the biggest hoax in history,  world leaders SHOULD have walked out.  Instead they laugh alongside him.  Absolutely pathetic. 

His decisions are not only hurting the people of the United states but the world too.  I know people who can't watch the news anymore because of him.   They are so frustrated that he seems to get away with things when people know how wrong and dangerous he is,  that it is too infuriating to watch. 

 Yes and the UK should be siding with Canada ahead of the USA.  Canada is part of the Commonwealth as is Australia.  They should not forget that.
