Michael. Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Given the last few albums there’s bound to be some features on the new album. While I haven’t hated her previous collabs it would be great to see her work with some new artists. Personally I’m good without another Nicki feature. Who would you like to hear? A few I think would be interesting - * Romy or Oliver (from The XX) - I think they have great voices and I’m a huge The XX fan. I’d love some Jamie remixes too but something with the vibe of Loud Places or Stranger in a Room with Madonna’s deeper register could be epic. * Orville Peck - he worked with Kylie and Diplo which was ok. He’s got a bit of a cult following and country is pretty popular currently (ref Morgan Wallen & Luke Combs). There was a track back in the day (Switch - A Bit Patchy) that sampled Apache by Incredible Bongo Band. It’s been sampled a few times already but I could see something along those lines. * Charlie XCX - Could be hit or miss but BRAT was huge and I think they could compliment each other. I was a bit disappointed she wasn’t on Charlie’s remix album. * Tame Impala - A bit random but they did a song with Justice (One Night/All Night). I feel like Madonna’s spoken vocals would compliment on a track with them and could be a banger. Quote

And it wouldn’t make sense if she used the working title “Confessions 2” and had well-known featured artists. I can’t remember the name of the singer on “Isaac”, whom she also brought on tour, but I believe he was the only one on Confessions. Quote
Cyber-Raga Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 My worst nightmare, fuck no. Charli‘s original BRAT album didn’t have one single duet - she held them off until the remix album. Quote
Sanctuary1995 Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 I’d rather no one but like looking at her past albums I wouldn’t be surprised if she does. I just hope it’s no one annoying Quote
luizotaviobarros Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Disc 1: no feats, maybe except for Kylie or PSB. This one would be for us, die hards + for the audience she lost after Confessions or even HC. People who theoretically like Madonna, but not her latest output. Disc 2, released a few months later: remixes with people who would bring in bigger streaming numbers, but whose audiences might actually have some good will toward Madonna (unlike Swam Lee and Maluma, who Interscope wrongly assumed would increase reach/ streams). Also, no rappers, please, unless she can pull off something amazing like PSB's 2014's Thursday. But we know Madonna. She'll do whatever she damn pleases, and she'll dismiss input from the record company and shout death to the patriarchy - for better and for worse. Quote
Icykiller Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Ideally none. If she does include features, hopefully is not one of the pop girls or whatever rapper her kids currently like. Quote
Crux Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 None at all. I want Madonna alone, no duets or features. Quote
dollhouse Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar and The Weekend Quote
Cody Banks Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Hopefully none. Joe Henry I'd be cool with, however. Quote
Aries Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Dolly Parton (in honor of her brother Christopher) they had thrown the idea around many years ago…Dolly said she’d definitely do it) Quote
Aries Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 And I wonder if anything became of the Elton collab Quote
Anne Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 As long as the songs are good and the featuring artists have something to add, I don't mind them. Having said that, I would also like this time for the main album being just her, and save the collabs for the single remixes serviced to radios, and boost the streams or for a later remix album or deluxe edition as others have said to make the era longer. Paul Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Any collabs will just give ammo to the haters to say she is desperate and chasing trends blah blah. If she does any collabs its needs to be organic, and she needs to think more about longevity rather than flavour of the month. She is the queen, empress and goddess, and needs people to be at her level, not step down to theirs. Its not going to happen, but doing songs with Dolly, Elton (i know i know), Stevie, Cher, Rihanna, Shakira, Celine, Eminem, Adele, ... even Bey would be ok if the song was good. Quote
bard Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 my instinct was to say none, but i think that's naive and short-sighted if we really want her to have a hit. sure, a solo single could do "padam padam" numbers, but the US is basically off the table without a hot young artist attached, sadly. i think it could be done smartly. that said, if it's indeed a house album, i'm not sure who would work. His name was Isaac — which is why she named the song “Isaac.” I think his surname was Sinwani… and his first name was spelled Yitzhak (I think?) in the credits … but she introduced him as Isaac just before they sang “Paradise (Not for Me)” on the Confessions Tour. dario Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 I would like to all that duets crap ends.but when I see the stream numbers from her latest album I get why they need to put them there so whatever..If I can choose: Lana might be cool and The weekend for streaming purposes but I don't think she mix well with anyone but Nicki and Donna..so them too. Quote
Martin B. Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Ideally none, but we know very well that this will not be the case. Quote
elijah Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 I generally don't want any collaborations, for sure NOT with rappers. IF THE SONGS ARE BRILLIANT, I could live with artists contributing to her songs like Pet Shop Boys, Radiohead or Morcheeba. Maybe Robyn. Some cool electronica band. Just someone who doesn't scream "I m desperate for streaming numbers". More like someone who could actually deliver quality involvement that would sit well with the music she was loved for doing. Cyber-Raga Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 Euro Trash revival from the early 90s … house music with a female vocalist and a male rapper. I can see it now. Quote
paradise Posted August 6, 2025 Posted August 6, 2025 I'm more interested in her collaborations with producers and photographers rather than singers but I guess it's necessary these days Quote
