That so called peace proposal is pure bullshit and it was clearly written by the Russians. It is unacceptable to Ukraine and Europe. And Ukraine has already said they will not accept the proposal. And everything going against Ukraine? Not so sure. Keep in mind, Russia was supposed to be in Kyiv after 3 days. This is now almost 4 years ago and Russia has still not made significant progress. The Russian economy may collapse rather soon. Therefore it is important to put even more sanctions on Russia and support Ukraine with more weapons and intelligence. Here is the thing, if the EU, the USA and other nations supported Ukraine immediately with arms and weapons, there woud be peace already. The fact that there has been months long discussions if certain countries, like Germany, are even allowed to deliver weapons (and we still don't deliver the hard hitting stuff like Taurus, out of fear Ukraine may attack Moscow with this weapon) to Ukraine put Ukraine in a weaker position. And the unconvenient truth is, governments should have stepped in in 2014 already when Russia annexed Crimea illegally. But they didn't and therefore somehow created the basis for the attack in 2022. And maybe, just maybe, Ukraine should have never given up its arsenal of nuclear weapons in 1994 in exchange for security guanrantees from Great Britain and mainly the USA. Maybe someone should remind Trump, that there is a legal obligation for the USA to help Ukraine.

No, he doesn't. He is actually annoyed about the whole thing and doesn't want to deal with it anymore. That's why he is pressuring Ukraine to accept the deal. To get done with it. Another war ended. I don't think so. A nation with nuclear weapons, a market of 1.4 billion people, an ally against Pakistan. And India is somewhat the new China when it comes to cheap consumer goods, that especially people in the U.S. are craving for. And let's not forget cheap labor.
