Yeah I agree. Same with the BS re-release tease. I was beyond excited. I even bought the album again so I had a fresh new cd. I sent it back last week haha. Momentum lost

because it's all her and she has no team. this has been the case for years now. a proper social media strategy run by an actual social media manager would do wonders for her career/legacy.

Andy Cohen said on his radio show today that he went to Madonna's private fundraiser for Malawi last night at the DVF studio. It was a small event with Chris Rock, Lauren Sanchez, DVF and Any Schumer to name a few.

He spoke to her and said she was really nice, as were Lourdes, Mercy and David, And that she confirmed that she is working with Stuart Price on Confessions 2 and it's almost half way done. That is straight from Madonna. 

He also gushed about how well mannered and cool her kids are. He said Lourdes was very funny and has the essence of Madonna.

thanks for the info. not surprised to hear they're only halfway done. that confirms what many have speculated - that end of summer is the earliest we'll be hearing anything with the album probably coming in the fall.

Just checked, COADF was released November '05 and the tour was in May '06. 

OK based on this, y'all better be saving your money from now for the tour bitches, that is all i'm saying.

This tracks pretty much with previous releases. Whenever we first see her in the studio for a new album or at least hear about it, it roughly takes another year or so before it’s eventually released. 
So last fall we got the news about her being in the studio with Stuart, which makes a fall 2025 drop very likely.

she's only been working on it in earnest for a few months. those supposed studio sessions prior to the tour were never said to be the start of a new album. maybe some of the material will be reworked for this, but it just seemed like she was dabbling with different people.

I too agree those sessions ahead of the tour were nothing to do with a new album.

Max must be very busy and maybe they had some time together due to his availability after the Grammys, but she hasn’t invited him back for the new album (that we know of today).

There is still the possibility what ever they came up with in the studio is on the cutting room floor because she didn’t like it.

I take what Andy said with a pinch of salt anyways we all know he loves to gossip.

But halfway through sounds great,

I doubt we will get any of it until the summer at the earliest.

I don’t think we are getting another reissue until next year at the earliest ! 
It’s taken them this long to sign off Bedtime Stories and we still don’t actually have it….

I think they ought to release the EP this spring and follow up with the release of the album Madonna mentioned in the summer.

Making way for the new era/album in the fall.

But I don’t hold my breath either the timetables for Madonna are anything but predictable…..other than taking ages
