runa Posted February 24, 2025 Posted February 24, 2025 Love to read your analysis, @Raider of the lost Ark. Very interesting. And I think you are completly right when you say young men are attracted to far right parties, not only in Germany, but everywhere around the globe. This is quite frightening, actually. Not that I want to make psycho pop, but I think they feel threatened by everything : women, gays, trans, immigrants, etc. They feel they lost their power and, by extension, their masculinity. The far right political parties take advantage of this situation and rely heavily on it. And once again, social medias (not only Tik Tok, but all the others) become the driving force behind this propaganda. In a BBC paper, I read that "Women were more likely to be concerned for their rights and those of minority groups while men were found to be more worried about conservative values that are less based around rights." And : "men of her age express a desire for women to be in the home harking back to a time "when women took care of the children and when the husband comes home from work, the food is cooked". She likens it to the so-called "Trad Wife" trend of adhering to traditional gender roles." A must read : https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cy082dn7rkqo

Scary how misogynism is rising so rapidly amongst young men after it seemed to be frowned upon. Thanks for the link Runa. Agree with you Runa, I love reading the thoughts and views of @Raider of the lost Ark on this thread.
SOON Posted February 26, 2025 Posted February 26, 2025 Keep blocking all of his reckless actions! In multiple separate cases earlier today, judges ruled against him.
Raider of the lost Ark Posted February 26, 2025 Posted February 26, 2025 ^^^ So, 5 million will give you residency, but not citizenship? This is hardly new. As far as I know, you can get an EB-5 visa for making in investment of a little above 1 million.
SOON Posted February 27, 2025 Posted February 27, 2025 Out of touch, evil assholes. BARR: We’re making sure resources go to those who truly need them. REPORTER: So seniors in nursing homes, working-class families, and veterans don’t "truly need" healthcare? BARR: They have options, like private insurance. REPORTER: Private insurance that’s unaffordable for the very people you’re cutting off? BARR: We believe in empowering Americans, not trapping them in government programs. REPORTER: By forcing them into medical debt, bankruptcy, or worse? Medicaid is the safety net. It keeps hospitals open, helps people stay employed, and supports those who can’t work.

I wonder how the working class, poor people, veterans, seniors and disabled people of America who actually voted for Trump are feeling now. I feel great compassion and sympathy for all of the people affected who did NOT vote for Trump. My heart breaks for them. Their lives are going to change for the worse because of the people who decided to vote for Trump against their best interests. He and his rich millionaire friends were ALWAYS going to do this. Disgusting heartless party.
Jazzy Jan Posted February 27, 2025 Posted February 27, 2025 @Camacho I feel so sorry for your relatives. They do not deserve to suffer this. Republicans should hang their head in shame for doing this.
jonski43 Posted February 27, 2025 Posted February 27, 2025 Good grief. He's pressurised the Romanian government and now the Tate brothers are flying by private jet to the US.

He was sentenced to life. A Trump gave him an unconditional pardon. It was because of this guys mother, some kind of key fugure of the libertarian party.
Raider of the lost Ark Posted February 27, 2025 Posted February 27, 2025 BTW, am I the only one who thinks that he doesn't even know what he is signing, like all those executive orders? Because everytime a reporter asks him what he is signing, he is irritated and talks nonsense before his "translater" jumps in and provides information.

promise to try Posted March 2, 2025 Posted March 2, 2025 the thing is that we know millions hate them, but millions like them are voted for them. Maybe it´s time to divide the country!
SOON Posted March 4, 2025 Posted March 4, 2025 https://x.com/edkrassen/status/1896720103313723672?s=46&t=nVM3A9JQ856GgygehDHrrw Trump has arguably done more today to damage America than any President in history has during their entire first term. Here is a recap in case you missed it all: - Trump paused all aid to Ukraine. - Trump and DOGE have laid off 10% of the NIH's Alzheimer's research center. - Trump announced 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico starting tomorrow. - Trump announced 20% tariffs on China. - Investor Peter Schiff, who endorsed Trump now calls for investigation into Trump for alleged “pump-and-dump scheme.” - The DOW, NASDAQ and S&P fall huge. - Canada announces plans for huge retaliatory tariffs against America.
Raider of the lost Ark Posted March 4, 2025 Posted March 4, 2025 And here we do again ... retaliating Trumps tariffs, China has just put its own tariffs on soy beans (among other things). It is exactly what they did the last time. And we remember what happened back then. China will buy soy beans from other places. U.S. farmers will no longer able to sell the soy beans to their biggest trading partner. Many of them will go broke. Unless the U.S. administration steps in with subsidies. The last time it was around 28 billion. To make things even worse, there is also the issue with USAID and the farmers that had contracts with USAID. So, like the last time, all the "income" to the U.S. administration from tariffs will once again go to farmers as subsidies? Or will Trump let them go broke because they served their purpose to get Trump elected again and now they are no longer needed because there may be no more elections in the future?
elijah Posted March 4, 2025 Posted March 4, 2025 Justin is SO HOT. Luv him. USA is beyond repair at this point.
