Raider of the lost Ark Posted February 4 Posted February 4 It's time governments take control back. For way too long they allowed all those companies to basically ignore the existing laws, which are first and foremost about customer protection and online bullying/mental well-being. When threatened to have to pay a fine, which was usually change for those rich companies, they were crying foul and promising to take action. They never really did. Considering this, it is merely consequential of governments to assist those social media companies to to their job. There is nothing wrong about it. Next, they should implement taxes so those companies will pay their fair share for making profits off of certain markets. Quote
