Its not like Madonna does an album each 2 years like she used to.

A publicist's job goes way beyond an album launch or industry events and appearances. There's stories about Madonna almost constantly, like every week, i never read anything about cher in the press, last time i think it was when she was sick and had to cancel some shows, cher doesn't have the same exposure that Madonna has, she doesn't generate the same.
