Madame X - - UK Chart/General Promo Discussion

I think they are just letting the track summer slowly. They know it's a grower. It really is. The video will give it another layer. Then the performance. Who knows it could be a smash!

This will already be the most UK radio support she's gotten for a non-ballad in quite some time! because in previous cycles Masterpiece and Ghosttown were the only songs really embraced by UK radio (Living for Love got some love but nothing as big as Radio 2 A-List).

Will someone explain to me the differences between Radio 1 and Radio 2? I’m an American and we don’t have such stations.

Radio 1 tends to cater to teenagers and early 20 year olds, while Radio 2 is more of an adult contemporary station aimed at the 25+ market. Even though Radio 2 is the most listened to station in the UK, Radio 1 is more prone to "break hits" for the younger demographic.
