Springsteen's album is ahead on iTunes pre-orders again? I'm getting a little concerned. What are the chances of her getting a #1 album? Any thoughts?

I really hope she gets a #1 in the US and the UK!

If all US show tickets are sold out before June 14, the amount of albums sold with ticket bundle will be around 100-110k. With SEA and TEA the first week total of equivalent album units will be around 110-120k.

Bruce Springsteen new album don't come out with ticket bundle as he wont tour this year so Ill predict Bruce new album first week of total equivalent album units will be around 105-110k which is lower than Madame X.

I don't know if in UK, Madame X tour tickets also come out with album ticket bundle, if they do, Madame X will most likely have higher first week total of equivalent album units than Bruce new album which don't come out with ticket bundle.

I hate to be dramatic but I think it’ll be make top ten

Things are getting a little uncertain, but I still believe she can get that #1. I hope she does some US promo before the album drops and not just the dark ballet release. I suppose she will do at least some talk shows during the album release week.

Talk shows do nothing for sales to be fair . America is not there for her anymore , I’m surprised she’s even doing the theatre dates there . Despite last nights controversies I think Europe is still much more there for her .

Logic 's new album debuts at no. 1 on Billboard 200 albums chart this week.

It gets 80.000 equivalent album units and 73.93 million on-demand audio streams.

I don't understand what on-demand audio stream is.

Is it Spotify or Apple music?

When Madame X comes out, how to do on-demand audio streams to it?

Anyone knows?

Thanks

Every premium service. Better stream from Spotify PREMIUM and Apple Music (125 streams = 1 unit pure) bc from free services YouTube / Free Spotify accounts (150 = 1 unit pure).

She literally just sold out how many shows in America and added dates because of demand and you are saying America is not there for her anymore? How do you figure? Because we are not toddlers streaming like it is oxygen so she can get so and so equivalent units and top the charts?

The charts are not the judge of anything these days. Yes we want her to sell lots of records but to claim America is not there for her anymore when she is still selling out shows, makes no sense.

Announce Boston, Philly, Vegas and Miami please so that we get the ticket bundles before June 14th.

I hope they don't fuck it up like they did with RH.

1250 streams = 1 copy for albums...

Does anyone know how Apple Music works for streaming? If I buy a song from the store on my phone, the song is added to my library, when I play the song does it count towards a stream?

Because when I search for Madame X on Apple Music while listening to say “Crave” from my library, it shows I am currently listening to the song. Does this mean Apple Music recognises I am listening?

also, I’ll say yes to a free premium Spotify account if it helps.

If you listen to the copy you purchased, it will not count for streaming. You have to make sure to delete the purchased version from your library.

Its crazy I don't even know Bruce's new music or single , I wonder which fan base is buying his music. Globally Madam X is a sure number one, I think Bruce can only have a shot at number one in the US and UK.

after I purchase the tracks, I notice when I play it the next day, it shows the song as not downloaded, does it count towards streams if I play it then?

anywho, I am streaming on Spotify now instead just to be sure it gets counted.

which is weird since it would take a while for one person to reach that number. so it actually shifts sales away from the first week, which means you actually have to purchase a copy of the album if you want to help her first week sales. streaming isn't enough.

he recently had a very successful broadway residency, and his fanbase is pretty faithful. they're mostly older and white.

Forbes article mentioned Medellin peaked on dance chart at 16 and that was a disappointing end to her no.1s on that chart . Is this true ???

I thought it was still climbing ??

It might of missed the boat on the dance charts but it's her biggest Latin hit to date. (If you conviently forget La Isla Bonita).

Mind you I don't think they had a Latin chart in 1987.
