Nikki Posted November 25, 2015 Posted November 25, 2015 brussels is on high alert and antwerp is just on level 3, which is also high, you'll see police & military on the streets or stations, but its not a lockdown compared to brussels (where they opened a few schools and shops today) i hear all concerts are cancelled until sunday night (so should be ok on monday) in brussels, but antwerp should be good
