Had a magnificent time at the show in Filthydelphia with my best and fellow M friend Michelle. We've grown up w/M since the beginning and it's always a special night for us to see M together.

Iconic was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect about it; the staging, the choreography, the costumes, the background video etc. I wasn't sure if it would work as an opening number but it sure as fuck did work. It was just amazing. YouTube videos don't do it justice. It simply MUST be seen live to appreciate it brilliance.

Bitch I'm Madonna was great. Lots of fun.

Burning Up was just that; Burning Up. She sounded really good and was definitely into it. Was great to hear the audience sing along to this classic.

Holy Water/Vogue was incredible. Another that MUST be seen live. The looks on peoples faces as she performed it were priceless! So many OMG's and stunned looks on peoples faces. A wonderful moment in the show and a moment that only the great M can pull off.

Body Shop was really well done. Loved the sets and staging.

True Blue was one of the many highlights of the night. She sounded so good when you could hear her. At times the audience was singing so loudly you could barely hear her. People were genuinely thrilled when she started singing it. Many people around me held hands or hugged as they sang along with her. I'm so happy she's performing it again after 28 long years.

Deeper and Deeper was another awesome moment. As one of the alleged lesser known songs it sure went over big! People were just so thrilled to hear it. Again many were singing along to it and enjoying it immensely.

Heartbreak City/LDLHA was another highlight for me. She sounded amazing. When she started singing LDLHA the crowd went nuts. It was so good to hear this gem after 30 years. Both songs were so well done!

More to come later!

:cries: it's so much money and we spent a fortune on VIP tix. But I gotta see it again. This show is breathtaking!!

I can't either. But I actually looked into plane tickets to Sydney today. :lmao:

:lmao: I thought about going to Miami.

Bill, Larkspur and Rebelvvvv, How great it would be for you all to see another show. Hope you all can do so. Seems that one show is definitely not enough.

I think Holy Water/Vogue might become one of my favorite Madonna performances of all time. Love everything about it. The cross shaped stripper poles and stripper nuns. Madonna climbing the pole and spinning around while standing on one of her dancers.

Recreating The Last Supper at the end was brilliant. Love when she is down on her knees swaying her way toward the table as the choir kicks in.

Thanks, Jazzyjan! I already did 3 but somehow am now trying to plan more. :lmao: This is my favorite Madonna tour ever, and I never thought I'd see the day she sings some of these songs. She's just so happy and her voice is glorious. Australia is going to be really special!

Iconic was just as brilliant and powerful as I knew the song was. I loved the performance of Heartbreak City and LDLHA. I love her emotional theatrics and on a small scale.

This was the closest I have seen Madonna. I was not far from the end of the right side of the cross and when she came towards the end of it during Like A Virgin I was in awe of how beautiful she is. The performance vintage 1920's I believe?, was so entertaining! That outfit was amazing and she looked fabulous! I also loved seeing the stage performance of Living For Love. I loved everything. So much fun and Holy Water was a great performance.

Also loved the warmth of watching the fan art video while she sang Rebel Heart and her charming performance of La Vie en Rose.

Stephen's REVIEW :drama:

After some pre-show drama with rides and also not even knowing if I was going to attend, I broke the land speed record and made it to the Wells Fargo Center in one piece! VIP was definitely a nice experience with the parking situation since I didn't even make it into the lounge :lmao:

I sat in section 1 row 2. Met lots of MNation members there which was great! Bill was across the catwalk from me and we were dancing all night. I was up and dancing for an hour and a half before the show even started. I stomped all over the girl next to me pretty much, but I never felt bad since she was in MY area.

The same thing happened in DC too: a group of girls were escorted out because they were trying to say they had row 1 tickets :lmao: I WAS SCREAMING when they got thrown out

My seats were amazing and I recommend them, although you miss seeing some of the catwalk action.

Then SHE CAME OUT.

MY VIDEO: https://twitter.com/stephnz/status/647272455678070784

The opening video is really fucking MAJOR. Really staged well. She looks gorgeous in it. Love the septum. Bitch I'm Madonna was super fun. Burning Up too!!

HOLY WATER VIDEO: https://twitter.com/stephnz/status/647272100387004417

All I can say is that Holy Water and Vogue are flawless. She moves amazing. The pole spin had the entire place LIT (well except for the bitch behind me who thought she was too cool for school wearing her circular raybans inside--I didn't let her escape my death glare all night and I sucked my teeth at her after every song :lmao:).

Whole entire second section of the show is so cute. True Blue is a real jem here, as well as Like A Virgin!

Not much of a HeartBreakCity fan but it really sounds good live. LDLHA will make your nipples hard.

THEN MY FAVORITE PART OF THE SHOW COMES and I honestly FORGOT it was going to happen :lmao:

LIVING FOR LOVE!!! It's a huge number. So MAJOR.

Another epic part of the night was Madonna's shading of Philly every chance she got. "What's going on here?" "Something strange is going on around here." :lmao:

The crowd sucked tbh. I went to the DC and Philyl show and I think next time I'm just skipping it and going to NYC. I can't take the conservative crowd anymore. Everyone is so god damn uptight.

The last section of the show is simply amazing. It is very clear that Madonna's favorite song is Candy Shop because she was having a BLAST performing that. And it was such a good number!

Material Girl is such a moment as well. Just simply brilliant staging.

Yay for Unapologetic Bitch!! BYE BITCHES!!!

The male dancers have some seriously sexy moves in UB. I was mesmerized.

I certainly wasn't uptight but if I'd known how ridiculously awkward my dancing was, I might have been. I caught myself on some videos on Youtube and good lord, what a sight.

WHO CARES!!!! I was speaking in tongues!

Oh the only dull moment in the show was the SEX interlude. Truly forgettable and dare I say boring. :drama:

Thank you!!! It's something Jeanette would do with her stolen chairs.

Bill sorry to go off topic but your constant self put-downs are annoying. Stop it. You're amazing.

Everything I do annoys people! :lmao: Won't happen again. I can see how that would be totally irritating. Sorry.

That isn't true! I've just noticed it a lot lately and it's not becoming of you. You are a great guy stop being so harsh and hard on yourself!
