As for my fandom being questioned, no one on this board or anywhere else is going to revoke my fan club membership card! That truly seems like an arrogant statement to make, but I do understand why you might think that. I'm not sure of my feelings because with Madonna they evolve regularly. However, they are still valid in the moment and the only reason for expressing them on here is because I'm interested in hearing what other fans think. As for social media...don't do it or pay attention to it...so much easier, Oh Kim, I'm totally safe when it comes to social media. I'm not part of it. I don't see the need to be part of it. I have to deal with social media every fucking work day being surrounded by people who check their Facebook profile every 5 minutes. And it's driving me mad because they don't do their work. And God forbid you criticize an intern or trainee about it, they have this "how dare you" look on their face. They are all addicted. I even had one trainee that threw a hissy fit and called in sick the next day. No, I don't "Like" social media. I am not a "Fan". It's a waste of time. People can't just stamp their feet when the going gets tough and say "I'M LEAVING". and expect everyone to jump. There's a "report" button there for a reason. Then it can be looked at to see if Glinda is following MLVCPR around or if it's an ongoing issue with MLVCPR etc etc. In all honesty, "like a fly to shit" is pretty damn TAME for here, I think most would agree. . Also there are people who simply follow what other people say and that becomes their opinion. Madonna has always lived as if everything is as it should be and if she can find something positive she focuses on that which will eventually lead to seeing nothing but the positive and changes minds and hearts. If all the intellectuals believe that peace comes about by feeding into negative energy and keeping it alive then I ask "how has that helped the world?" She seeks out the positive. Madonna's argument since her earliest days is that the public tries to shoehorn people into a category. People are good and bad, sometime more to one end of the spectrum than the other, but people are also very complex. A bad decision doesn't mean everything someone's done/said for their whole life is evil and bad. So to anyone complaining about this go take a barium enema.
