Guest CJM Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 WOW!!!!!!!!!! okay after reading all the official reviews i was very curious about this song. i was expecting amazing. AND WOW DID I GET AMAZING!! I am completely blown away by this song! It is literally one of the best songs Madonna has EVER recorded. Her singing and everything else. It sounds so new and fresh. Something completely different for her. This song is 100% gorgeous. I don't think I will ever get over this song. Fangirling HARD!!
jacket Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 I FUCKING LOVE THIS SONG. I am listening to it for the first time as I type. So different and unexpected.

madmark Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Yes! One of my faves as well.... I love, love, love the production! And of course, the cool double entendre lyrics. Such a cool track for M to come up with!

5iVe Elements Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 It's so sexy. This would've fit in MDNA Open Your Heart section. Love this!
Paul Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Since the beginning its been my favourite and still is. It sounds like it might be difficult to sing on tour, but its so sweet - she could have so much fun with it on stage. Will someone make a cute cover for it?
Rebel Heartbreaker Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Yeah, definitely one of my highlights on Rebel Heart. 'Jump-start my heart, you know exactly what to do!' << love that line!
SkyHigh76 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 This song is amazing! Love the lyrics and Madonna's vocal style.
ITG Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 This is one song that I never really listened to, but listening to the CD, the quality being amazing, I now actually love this song. You don't really get how much production & mastering & quality make a difference to the sound of a song. I think Body Shop & Best Night are very sexy songs, much sexier than Holy Water.
Pablo94 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Bloody wonderful song, it's had little tweaks since the demo which has elevavated it's so much. One of the best tracks
JimmyJimmy Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Out of all the cute love songs this is the best and most interesting one she has ever done. Comparing herself to an old car that needs to get taken care of. It's such a beautiful metaphor, especially with the other retrospective songs in mind. "I've been through so much and I've travelled for so long...who will rescue me and fix me up a bit?".
Jazzy Jan Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I love the way she sings this and also the production and musical backing. Those clap effects are wonderful. Such a gem and completely surprising and different. Cute, sweet, sexy and funny too.
Messiah Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 (edited) I don't really understand the lyrics and it seems that every lyric sites that I find have it all wrong. Edited March 7, 2015 by Messiah
Phineaspoe Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 The big surprise of the album! When that beat kicks in at the beginning I start to live.
Nonoka Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 It's cute, but I don't know...it doesn't really fit to me. Kinda out of place. Would have been better as a bonus track IMO.
pourhomme80 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 doesnt fit with the overall sound of the album but nonetheless I like it on its own. Not a standout for me yet.
rb19 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I love it to bits, it's one of my favourite songs on the album, but it doesn't belong on the album... if that makes sense. For an album with such oblique references, to have a big long playful extended metaphor feels out of place, as does the music. But it is a stunning song.
Apples388 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Beautiful song. Aye, Hi! Uganda batty shot? I love this song so much!!
Phineaspoe Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I think it definitely fits alongside the likes of Joan of Arc, Borrowed Time, and Rebel Heart. I moved it next to Joan of Arc and it makes for a lovely 8 minutes.
