It was a BBC Radio 1 special from March 1998 - celebrities talking about Madonna in between Madonna tracks. Bowie the most famous of them all. I didn't even remember hearing it first time round. Every producer would kill to produce it : Nicolas Jaar, James Murphy, Eno , Stuart Price....with a visual concept in video. I know i'm just dreaming.
