Ugly Hecty Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Starts at 1:08 She says: I think [Like A Prayer] is legitimately one of the greatest pop songs of all time She is the biggest force in American music (even though I can't stand her music).
Guest bluejean Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 That's nice. But please don't cover it.
Flip The Switch Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Well, she's right. Too bad her music is far from that.
madgemusic85 Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Most music from the past fifteen years has been barf-worthy!
Phineaspoe Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 On behalf of Madonna, let me personally thank you, Taylor. Waiting for your Sex book, which I know is coming.
GreenDrazi Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Can someone translate what the Brit was saying?
freddykrueger86 Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Well, she's right. Too bad her music is far from that.
horn Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 That doesn't mean I, as a M fan, will download your song.
Latch Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 That's nice. But please don't cover it. I threw up a little just thinking about it
Ciccone's Cheeks Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Very nice to hear her say that (and very, very surprising considering who it is). Thought she woulda praised a song like Fantasy by Mimoo or the like lmao. Anyways, yes she's huge right now, but back to reality and pre M praise, I have never and still (more than ever) do NOT in any way get the appeal of this person lol. Music, image, personality etc etc...bland and manufactured to the max and as NON Like A Prayer/ impactful as can be lol.
Django Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Nice to hear. She's almost right. Like A Prayer IS the greatest pop song of all time. Still dislike her.
loomer Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 She's been going on about her album being called 1989 and how she was inspired by the risk taking music from then and what most springs to mind is LAP. Not hearing it. Maybe the second single she'll go all hair metal.
MerGirl Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 I've been trying to like Taylor but I just can't
Larkspur Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 She's been going on about her album being called 1989 and how she was inspired by the risk taking music from then and what most springs to mind is LAP. Not hearing it. Maybe the second single she'll go all hair metal. Maybe she's taking over for lady gaga. Not that LAP shouldn't be praised. Has Taylor ever mentioned Madonna's music before?
dollhouse Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 I hope she listened the whole album and not just LAP on the radio..
Guest Ivy Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 She's been going on about her album being called 1989 and how she was inspired by the risk taking music from then and what most springs to mind is LAP. Not hearing it. Maybe the second single she'll go all hair metal. At least she picked a brilliant era in music to be inspired by! Maybe the girl does have a brain cell after all.
Je5u5 Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 At least she picked a brilliant era in music to be inspired by! Maybe the girl does have a brain cell after all. Isn't that her year of birth?
Guest Ivy Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 Isn't that her year of birth? Oh well, credit to her mum for spreading and giving birth to Tailor in 1989. Good choice. Her mum will probably convince her to cover: You give love a bad name.
Mmmmm Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 She just performed on UK Xfactor, she named Madonna has one of her favourite artists from the late 80's on the show.
Genevieve Vavance Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 She just performed on UK Xfactor, she named Madonna has one of her favourite artists from the late 80's on the show. from the late 80s?
XXL Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 Well, she's right. Too bad her music is far from that Another Manhattan socialite with her Merryl Lynch dad playing artist Bye
XXL Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 Exactly what I meant Effortlessly spontaneous, not contrived in the slightest Thanks for posting it
Ciccone's Cheeks Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Shows her 'late 80s' love for M at the very end.
