Even when shes on top people still try to distort things

Madonna is just a singer while beyonce is a song writer.....

:chuckle:

And that's TIME magazine

It's not a big deal that they didn't list Madonna as a songwriter

Bob Dylan is one of the greatest songwriters of all time and they didn't list him as a songwriter either

so basically, everyone who's listed as a songwriter isn't and visa versa. seeing as bob dylan isn't listed as one, that's a great compliment for madonna. :p (im sure more people will roll their eyes over seeing "songwriter" with britney :lmao: )

Well it's not the end of the world for sure but still, it's very insulting to say Britney is a songwriter and artists like Madonna and Bob Dylan are not. I also have a hard time believing Janet's position.

The thing is, how do they define "obsessing over"? Because while MJ is a frequent topic in a lot of places on the net, it actually doesn't seem to me that people still bother too much discussing his personal life in depth - the MJ talk is getting more and more reduced to his actual music (which is a great thing of course). So maybe with all of Janitor's escapades in the last years, she's more discussed in that manner than his brother - or any dead celebrity for that matter. People tend to move on from all the personal life talk on celebrities once they pass away.

To all those who claimed Janet was no longer relevant and/or talked about, let's just say I told you so. Anyways, the only shocking thing about the top 5 is GW at #1. Like seriously? Hmph. Oh well.
