Who?

Kraftwerk. Early German electronica act. Heavy influence on -- among others -- Mirwais for the Music album (particularly the title track). In fact, Stuart Price interpolated part of a Kraftwerk track (something Express?) into the intro for the live version of "Music" on DWT.

I've never heard of Kraftwork

It's a shame that the Daft Punk/Pharrell/Nile/Stevie performance didn't come somewhere in between to give us a little something. I'm kinda looking forward to that one.

Would be even cooler if they pulled Madonna out to join them for a mash-up of "Get Lucky" and "Lucky Star"

No it's only you. Kraftwerk was featured on Madonna's Music performance from the DWT since Music is highly inspired by their track "Trans Europ Express". I hate it when people assume nobody knows something because they don't. There's no shame in saying "I don't know".
