LK Today showed a short clip of the Making of G12M followed by a very pro-Madonna discussion - not sure if it's on youtube yet.

The single seems to have stalled but hopefully the bonafide digital release along with the physical will push it into the top 10 - they should then advertise the album on TV.

That's a very nice thing to say, thank you. Today's update:

GI2M - 17

4M - 20

HC - 14

Come on HC - top ten will be brill. Surprised GITM has stalled. It will easily go top 5 next week though.

has nt the estelle gone up this week in the uk? i thin there is a danger that 4min might drop below estelle. when gi2m is released next week chances ae that 4 mins will also climb back up again - right? i think when an artist releases a new single the former one tends to climb back up again.......

This was the chart last week:

4 4 Estelle feat Kanye West American boy 377801

5 5 Madonna 4 minutes 362270

So the difference has been reduced from 15K to 11K. American Boy is still selling decently, it's going to be a close one. Most probably both should sell more than Basshunter and maybe Rockstar. Not sure if there's any song at this stage that could jump over them though ... Sam Sparro is having a "second air" and is still Top 15 in the midweeks, but it's 50K behind. Dizzee and Ne-Yo might be contenders but currently are far away, so far away...

OMG YAY *excite*

So the divorce/affair thing is helping her sales after all!

I know it won't happen but I really really want the album to be back in the top 10 when "Give it 2 Me" goes physical :wow:

If Warners don't run an TV ad campaign the week after next then they really have abandoned it.

I saw a cheap budget looking ad for Hard Candy this morning on a hits channel in the gym. Should help push the album into the top ten.

Still lovin' GITM. Not keen on the rest of the album though. I really liked Miles Away, Heartbeat and SNM, but they bore me now. Still like TBGO.

Come on HC - top ten will be brill. Surprised GITM has stalled. .

well, after all it´s only the album version that it´s selling, I mean, no remixes, no single edit...let´s wait until next week.

And HC is up to number 13!! I´m sure it´s going to be in the top ten again, maybe not next week, but the week after that

I think that many casual M fans buy the album once they hear it has some dance Madonna (GI2M) in addition to Justin duet.

GI2M -> smart move.

If she releases a ballad next, it will apeal another new people..

Exactly.

I don't care what track she's gonna release in the US next, in the UK it has to be either "Miles Away" or "Devil Wouldn't Recognize You". A 3rd dance track would kill it like "Get Together" did.

despite being a little bit bored of 'miles away' already, i think it would make a great single here in the u.k. the old school fans would really love it and it would do really well on the radio. i'm not so interested in 'the beat goes on' give it 2 the yanks hehehe i think 'devil' will do well on both sides of the atlantic too..but it deserves a fucking good video!! i wish it was like the erotica era with 6 singles and some kick ass videos too

According to the chart experts at Haven, Top 5 looks unlikely for "Give It 2 Me". We're looking out for a similar peak to "Get Together"...
