Swedish press has been very nice towards E=MC2... which is actually VERY surprising considering what kind of music snobs those reviewers usually tend to be... Touch My Body is down to #23 on the singles chart (peak #14) 4M is indeed up to #2 (its peak so far) on the singles chart... Confessions Tour is up to #5 on the DVD (music) chart and IGTTYAC re-enters at #16 actually!... not 18... Also TIC enters the mid-price album chart at #3! I don't really know if it has been released physical in shops or just online... if it's just online then I don't think much people bother buying a physical single like that... and also it wouldn't matter THAT much if it was #1 on Swedish iTunes because not much people buys digital songs in Sweden... they rather download it for free so... The #1 on the singles chart this week is the biggest joke ever... let's not even talk about them haha... it's a trio made by 3 former Idol contestants... one of them was in the Swedish Idol 2007 and made it directly to that trio... the other two were contestants in Idol 2006... one of them flopped and the other had a pretty successful solo year (don't ask me why he chooses to be with the other 2 then)... Anyway... they are big with girls 5-13yo... and they are the reason they're #1... And before that keeping Madonna from #1 was Charlotte Perrelli who won the Swedish pre-selection to Eurovision Song Contest... that song was freaking HUGE! And she released her new album just a couple of days prior to Madonna... so i'm afraid she'll keep HC from the #1 on the albums chart too... that would be the first Madonna studio album that wouldn't make it to #1 in Sweden in this decade! And in MediaTraffic's Global Chart, 4M is again NUMERO UNO: 1. 4 Minutes - Madonna feat. Justin Timberlake Warner Bros. - 463.000 - 2 weeks at No.1 - Largest Points Increase What will happen in Ireland today? Will she top the chart, or would Dustin The Turkey pull another novelty track surprise and leave 4M as runner up?
