  1. Read on Buzzjack.com after Japan Madonna is doing 6 more dates in india and Kosovo, Do you just think there kidding? cos its sounds like a lie to me xxxxxx

Now this is the biggest pile of sh*t ever. Playing at the Taj Mahal or what? If she´not fed up with the whole tour after Japan she´s rather doing Australia. That´s for sure, because there is much more money to be made and they are much more in need for Madonna than India or Kosovo. But it´s not going to happen anyway.

  2. http://www.themoscowtimes.com/stories/2006/08/30/001.html

As for the change of date, Kiselyov explained that the organizers belatedly realized it would be "unethical" to hold a concert on Sept. 11, the fifth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington. He thanked journalists for pointing this out to the organizers.

He did thank them for what? That they reminded organizers that it´s the 5th anniversary of 9/11 or that it´s "unethical" to hold a concert on such a date. First and foremost not to know about 9/11 is plain stupid. And "unethical" is definately the lamest excuse for bad organization. She is certainly not happy with that statement considering she was back on stage 2 days after 9/11, when everyone was still in shock and mourning, trying to tell the world that not even those horrible events and losses will defeat us, the way we are living. And this certainly gave many many people hope to look forward. Therefore performing on Sept. 11 would not be "unethical", more a reminder that we are still here, celebrating our freedom. But this is a perspective that takes some courage but there are people that just don´t (want to) realize.

  3. Okay, I took some time to translate an excerpt, the part I liked most.

... In this very moment, when the neon sparkling instrument of torture is raised, the artist lying on it, crucified, even wearing a crown of thorns, travestiting ? (from travesty) the tradition in cold calculated perversion. In this, as blasphemy condemned and call for boycott (referring to the bishop of Hamburg) inspiring moment the dark stadium is illuminated by a sea of lights, when the audience of a nicotine hostile 21st century is recalling memories of the 20th century, when a lighter was still there to demonstrate a depth of feelings inside a giant stadium. There are thousands and thousands of mobile phones (with digital cameras) that are gleaming, because this iconic picture needs to be preserved: the last taboo to be defended. The enlightened audience does not care for stakes anymore. The community of electronic music is progressiv in their adoration and especially in this connection they are firm individuals. ....

  4. oh my, please baby sfit, translate it for us... are those people being interviewed wishing MADONNA death?

The state attorney said what was already mentioned in news reports above. The guy representing the church said the same things you have heard numerous times before ... it´s degrading, it´s insulting, the cross as a symbol ... blah, blah. Interesting is that he never ever mentioned her name.

And the fans said what fans said all over the world ... "even though I´m very religous I don´t think it was insulting..." "I´ve heard and read about that scene before .... actually I thought it was emotional and so moving ...

All reports mention that she might be in danger in Moscow as fundamentalists are threatening to knidnap her and her children and that security will be stepped up.

  5. Going to jail for alleged disrespect? I hope that's a joke!

I really wonder how old this law is (there are labour laws in Germany that are more than 125 years old, so not really up to date). I never heard that anyone was charged. I mean how to do prove that someone was actually hurt in his/her religious beliefs? And this is all what counts.

  6. ... like this in a Christian nation.

the catholic church in Germany is living under a rock or still in the dark ages or in denial. they better realize that they hardly have any following here anymore. churches are empty, people don´t buy their hypocrisy. The pope is German, no one cares. "christian nation" this is so 300 years ago.

  7. And that 24,000 of those 35,000 tickets are standing general admission (1500 rubles price level, about $55 in American dollars).

platinum seats go for approx. $900 :wow: . are these the most expensive tickets of the tour or are some tickets in Japan even more expensive?
