Excited like a Virgin again but I don’t want a visual Netflix documentary. I’m hoping these are images from a highly concepted album / sleeve / videos / tour / imagery . I don’t want another secret project or dvd tour edit .
just the music , cd , vinyl , cassette , amazing videos but no Netflix doc . I feel that will dilute the power of the album .

Am I the only one that would just like a great album ? I don’t want a video album or documentary . Remember the year long wait and disappointment with Secret Project and Xstatic Process . No just no .

Not that I’m not gagging for new music but I’m also a chart nerd and want her to score a no.1 album . Wouldn’t releasing it at same time as Ariana Grande be a little foolish . Let’s wait until her two weeks of glory passes

Let’s not forget though she had the best selling album with Rebel heart on its debut week . It’s very sad realising we live in a world were the success of an album is based on leaving a free app on while charging your phone.

It’s been the longest wait since she began . 5 years now and nothing . mDna was well worth the wait , a real return to a Madonna album after the timba feat. Album she made .

MDNA was the true return to form after the horrible worst album of her career hard candy . I think a lot of people forget about how well this album was received by critics . I for one love MDNA and much more cohesive than Rebel heart . Proper Madonna album , in my top 4 of hers

I remember here in Ireland there were huge billboards for Ray of Light everywhere and same for Music . I can understand the Music marketing as she was riding a huge successful wave but is it impossible to think that good old traditional promo like this could work again ?? It may concsidering it’s her longest gap between albums since she began so to the layman it might be an idea especially if she has a cohesive theme / image to the whole era . Anyway just think It May work as let’s face it , she sold her granny selling Rebel Heart , went on every chat show , every awards ceremony , made featuring videos and Nothing !! Maybe simplistic posters / tv ads with anticipating date could do SOMETHING. Maybe I’m naive but hey..

I hope for a single in Jan and album to follow in March . I hope she reverts to old school release a la true blue , 2 singles out before the album . Of course we can’t pretend to know but I do feel a Music 2.0 1st single is coming . At least something different sounding

Hard candy all time worst but minority I know but I loved MDNA, a real return to form . RH like others said , too long and messed up . If it had of been as intended half rebel half heart and kept avicii then it would have been truly amazing but don’t get the lack of love for MDNA , love spent , addicted , some girls , falling free , ggw, gang bang , I f***ed up are imo all great songs .

I have been a Madonna fan since the very beginning , don’t tell me I’m not . I do not smile when I mention anything related to flopga, all I’m saying is the talk about this film of hers is good , now whether she’s paid for this and it flops ( I hope) is there a chance it could be another bodyguard soundtrack and stay at no 1 forever , that is all. The only fake thing about my post is I didn’t reveal how much I’m still chart orientated about Madonnas , I still want her to have that no.1 album and the icing on the cake will be single success too . Please don’t accuse me of not adoring Madonna ,it’s the biggest insult

Do you think the reason she’s not releasing is because of that fuckwits soundtrack album going to do well for the winter season . I know we can all say she’s not interested in charts etc but could it be a stopper . I absolutely hope not but she could be proventinf a further nail in the hate Madonna campaign which is being running since 09. Anyway I would love nothing more than a complete smash hit to blow all these haters to the kerb . I can dream for this to all turn around yes

Yes agree with all the above , it costs nothing to create some positive buzz like mentioned here . Does she have a team at all ?? Even a cliche style of releasing a letter a week on her insta with no hashtags and it reveals th entitle ofnthe album or release date etc . SOMETHING!!
