I don't know why but I haven't connected with this album. I liked listening to it when it first came out, though there were a lot of songs I skipped (God Control, Future, Killers Who Are Partying, I Rise.i didn't like at all). everything Post Confessions have been meh for me but I did listen to HC, MDNA, RH a lot for at least a year after it they were released before I stopped listening to them, it's been years since I've listened to any of them except for 2-3 songs from each album I have on playlists. With MX I stopped listening to it less than a month after it was released and it's been weeks since I listened to it. I've even opted not to see the tour this time around (though I know I'll kick myself in the ass for missing Rescue Me) I'm glad everyone here seems to like it though, hope it's not another 4 years before the next album

such a mess here in Canada. no orders have gone out from Amazon.ca. even though I pre ordered the vinyl and cd the day it was announced and listed it's now out of stock with a delivery date pending. Now I don't feel bad at all for downloading it earlier this week and listening to it.

Didn't like the new version of Back That Up and now this song. thankfully these two are just bonus tracks. so weak.
the only thing I liked was the use of the autotune. hope Ciao Bella is better than these two

well I caved and listened to the album, still bought my 3 copies and will stream the hell out of it when it's released.
what an excitingly odd album, like nothing she's given us before but somehow fits right into her discography well.
Not particularly fond of: I Rise, Future, Killers Who Are Partying, God Control. But absolutely love the rest

I've never experienced the level mehness with a Madonna album release, going back to the 80's, as I do with MX. To me, my personal opinion and not a reflection of anyone else's opinion, I simply find this release and era a mess. The lack of promo and performances: one great performance, one horrendous performance and a bunch of boring interviews, hardly any press. The only video I've watched more than once was Medellin, the others were beautiful but no replay value to me. Honestly can't even be bothered to travel to see the tour and stopped listening to the album 3 weeks after release, except 3 songs I have on playlists. I've never been disappointed with a release from her u til now and it upset me at first but fine with it now. Not everyone is going to like it.
