The only reason people expected her to say something is because a.) she's very outspoken about issues pertaining to women and b.) she has known him for a long time.

Listen, if I misunderstood your statement, then I apologize. But in our current political climate, I am very weary about statements people make that are often dog whistles for something else.
All I'm saying is that I'm glad there's a public backlash against him because if history is any indication (like any of the examples I listed), this is as far as his punishment will go.

I'm not saying Madonna should comment, I don't think any less of her for not doing so, and I can see the reasons why she wouldn't want to. But we all know that if she did say something we would all be talking about how brave she is for standing up for women and all of these comments of "celebrities should stay out of it" would be null. Come on now.

Im talking about A very specific group of extremists found online, and they are everywhere I read articles on. Hence the comment. And I think most people know what I'm talking about.

I'm sorry but this is bullshit. I may not be perfect, but I have never sexually harassed anyone, let alone dozens of women. I can cast as many stones as I want. Wtf does this have to do with SJWs?
Everyone who wants to go public should do so. The reason men like Weinsten, Cosby and Trump get away with shit like this is because they know their victims are too afraid to speak out and they know they'll get away with it.

The twitter bots are NOT just pushing alt-right agendas. They are also posing as antifa and BLM. Their goal is to create division. You have to be careful of what social media comments you believe, especially the really inflammatory ones that are obviously there to evoke negative reactions.

I remember that account was at the top of EVERY Trump hashtag during and after the election. It took twitter months to close it even though they knew it was fake.
