What happened in London yesterday, where innocent European bystanders were hit including some French students, will give Le Pen all the more reason to be chosen. While the attack was not of a scale as big as the Madrid train bombings 13 years ago and the attack in Nice last summer for example, when shit like this happens right wing assholes use it to their advantage to stake their claim, and people buy it out of fear.
Unfortunately yes. Makes you wonder why it happens now, especially after what happened in the Netherlands with Wilders getting less votes than expected. But I don't want to move onto conspiracy territory...

Beautiful!
Sorry Tim Allen but it seems like you deserve all the beating you cry about. Does he even know what happened in 30s Germany?? Lets all collect for a visit to Auschwitz for little carefree Timmy, so he gets a little education on the subject. This coming from a Trump supporter, the irony!! God it's frustrating, so many stupid whiny bug mouths out there...

Why don't Americans take action and kick him out of office?? March on Washington, translate the Marseilles's or something and sing it, then kick him out literally. Or just chant 'we are the people' like we did in 89. JUST FxING DO SOMETHING!!!

I think it's just the problem of hate speech spreading like wildfire since the dawn of social media. It affects everything and everyone because for some strange reason offline life is merely a mimic of online.

Agree 100%.
Do US citizens realise that Trump and his crew are an absolute laughing stock overseas?. You couldn't make it up.
As if they cared. We're talking about a country which constitutes of it's inhabitants thinking it's the greatest country in the world and every other place is shit compared to it. The last 100 years at least they fed on this nationalism and feeling of being the chosen ones. What goes around comes around. The rest of the world? The majority never cared if it even existed.

Yes and you don't know where to start or how to prevent this. Thing is no one knows why a person develops this kind of perverse sexual orientation. And truth is, it's far more spread than we can imagine. It's scary.

This will never stop. They are and will be everywhere, it's a nightmare.
I can't forget what M Houllebecq said in Atomized, when he postulated a world where humans don't fornicate anymore and reproduce only artificially, because men go blank under their sex hormons and sex drives, it turns them into freaks. It's harsh but I can't but agree reading stories like this.

I repeat what I have said many times before. The media (the so called liberal media) needs to grow some balls. They need to kick out all the commentators and make news again. Report the facts, don't transport opinion. And most above all don't even try to be "fair and balanced" when the very media outlet that created that slogan is anything but. Don't give those right wing people a voice. All they do is to pivot and detract from the story. They don't want to support the story. Their intention is to devalue the story. Look back, how they got away with telling outright lies or alternate facts as they would like to call it now. For some reason the liberal media desperately tries to "convert" Trump supporters. They need to realize that at this point they are immune to facts, the are unwilling to accept facts. At this point from their perspective it cannot be true what is not supposed to be true. They wont even listen. So don't waste your time and energy to convince them. There will be a time, the time when certain issues will affect those Trump supporters personally or when the truth is just to bold to be ignored, they will come around eventually. News it not entertainment. Don't present it as such. Media shall not lower itself just because large parts of the population is no longer capable or interested in understanding news. They are a lost cause. Make quality reporting for those who appreciate it. Know your target group. Much of this has to do with marketing. There is a simple rule. If you try to reach all people, your message get lost. If you try to reach a certain group of people, your message gets heard. We may not like this situation because this is not about selling shoes or toothpaste. It is about important things and those should be heard by everyone. But times have changed, rules have changed. Therefore the media needs to adapt to those changes in the process. Time is on the side of those who tell the truth. It's the only way to prevail.
I agree. It sounds silly but liberal media needs to understand they're already in war with this scum and his supporters. Who gets behind is left behind, there are no more arguments or facts to convince these people, instead stay focused on the ones who want to get informed or involved.

I get she 'expected' more of Madonna as a role model for aging women. I mean it worked for Camille as for everyone else, she projected so much onto Madonna, after all that's what stars are for, aren't they? Now she's disappointed Madonna won't fulfill what she was hoping for, but that's no reason to put her down. She still has Helen and Judy and Jessica and Meryl and all the other gracefully aging dames of the entertainment industry, no point in bashing Madonna because she feels betrayed of what was only her projection and wishful thinking.

What about this Syrian family who voted for Trump and now they see their relatives being reported? http://usuncut.com/politics/syrian-family-voted-trump/
That's how Trump voters learn their lesson. I don't feel sorry for them.

Dictatorship in the making. Very interesting from a theoretical perspective of a historian. Still waiting for his Ermächtigungsgesetz (enabling act). 3...2...1... oh wait, he needs an attack of big scale first...

I would literally take eight more years of Bush and his cronies over this. And it hasn't even been 10 fucking days.
Seriously, he is a DANGER to the very fabric of this nation.
I expect America to take care of this. Everybody knows there are no two ways about it, he needs to leave office.

Theresa May is pathetic....
As much as I dislike Merkel and Schäuble but I hope they both give May the same stone faced treatment they gave Tsipras in 2015. I was so outraged back then but I'd love them to put May in her place when negotiating the Brexit.

@anastaza What a fantastic and on point response! You are amazing. I want to thank all the women you mentioned and all the people who marched and I want to thank YOU!

Why feel bad for Melania? She may be stupid as a log but she knew who she got involved with. I feel sorry for that boy of hers who always looks so miserable and has to grow up with that 'only winning counts' bully mentality.

Obama was the first to start disrespecting the entire laws of the land and governing almost primarily by executive order, forcing policies through that weren't legally passed through Congress.
Oh and why was that? Pure undemocratic evil? Or was it because of the Congress itself who would stand against every action he was about to take just out of spite?
John Lydon: a Trumpster and Brexiter too - SURPRISE!
