So no disco stomper on Eurovision?

I was thinking... What if Bitch I’m Loca is the second part of the cha cha teacher’s story? They get married in Medellin and then things don’t turn out like the way she ‘d imagined? That would explain Maluma’s involvement in the track
-
Did you guys notice that the final cha cha with the odd sequence of numbers was not sung like that - you can hear the little bits being cut and pasted. This is signature Mirwais. God, I missed him

I love how multilayered the production is. I keep hearing new sounds, new nuances, new background vocals with each new listen.
Last time we got this level of production was Confessions, wasn’t it? (though Devil Pray kicks ass too)
-
I don’t remember LFL getting any reviews at all. Did it?
-
I’ve listened to it more than 20 times today and I went from “hmm, interesting” to “omg, I’m hooked.”
-
Not a single bad review

you know there're going to make a dance remix out of it
Totally

I like it, though it could do with a little less maluma.
It got stuck in my head after the second listen, which living for love didn’t.
Love the vocals too.
I think this might smash in Latin America (not sure about Brazil), which was the plan all along, right?

Standard - 12 tracks
Deluxe - 15 tracks
Deluxe Boxset
Vinyl
Deluxe cassette
Rainbow 2LP Picture Disc
2CD Deluxe Hardcover
I wonder what's on that 2 CD SET???
Hoping and praying Interscope has gotten its act together distribution wise. There were reports of UK stores being understocked in the RH era.

Well, I’m trying to remain optimistic. If someone had leaked a 30-sec low quality clip of Dont tell me back in the day, fans would’ve dismissed it as generic country. Paradise but not for me might’ve been dismissed as generic Enya B-side.

so, does it justify just calling another woman a c**t for releasing something that was announced weeks ago? like chill. two different things that will impact two different charts.
Yeah, you’re right. I haven’t slept a wink today and I’m typing faster than I can think.
Plus she’s not Gags or anything.

Anyway, moving on. Let’s focus on what matters.

It's just her Coachella performance that everyone's already heard.
Plus it's not like people can only listen to one thing on any given day lol
I know, I know. It’s just that I don’t want anyone to steal M’s thunder today.

Fucking Beyoncé has just surprised released a live album.
TODAY.
C*nt.

Just watched a Brazilian youtuber who seems pretty legit say that an insider told him that Medellin sounds nothing like reggaeton - more like Isla Bonita meets Die another day. (????)

Not showing on mine either

The guy says he’s noticing his fake cover and tracklisting is being passed around as real
Not the tracklist though, right?

I understand why the cover is simplistic. She's doing many characters and looks for the visuals and the whole concept is that Madame X signifies all of them, so she can't exactly pick one character to represent the whole project.
It looks modern, on-trend and seems like it fits the sound of teaser clips. I think the colour scheme and general direction of this artwork will actually help its success. The big colourful/sparkly/camp approach is offputting to most (especially the streaming demographic)
I think the wording is deliberately off-centre and I like it. It makes you pay it attention and makes up for the simplicity of the image.
This x1000

One of the things I'm loving about this album is that there are relatively few songwriters and producers involved - for late 2010s standards, at least. This in itself is a good sign, I think.

Jason Gregory Evigan (born June 10, 1983) is an American musician, singer, songwriter and record producer.
His songwriting credits include co-writing and production of Maroon 5's "What Lovers Do" and "Girls Like You", Madonna's "Ghosttown", Demi Lovato's "Heart Attack",[2] Jason Derulo's three-time platinum "Talk Dirty", David Guetta's "Lovers on the Sun" and Robin Schulz "Shed a Light".
Interesting.

Well, each one is entitled to their opinion, but I think the cover is epic.
Eurovision Song Contest - CONFIRMED?

Or could it be that the initial plan was for Killers to premiere but that was the song that was considered too controversial so they now have to go with plan B?
If it’s like a prayer and dark ballet then it’s exactly what she did at the Met last year. Hmm
