I hear (and understand) you. Madonna (in particular) has been made fun of since the beginning. Thank God she's got thick skin and a sense of humor to take it all with a grain of salt. If we can't laugh at ourselves (and others)....what's the point of living? To be mad/judgmental.....that stance is just not for me. Love (and humor) makes the world go round.

Why must we analyze everything that is put out on social media? It's a pic/video of M at a music festival (which happens to be Mango/Mongo/Mingo/Mocho....whatever)!! It's her album and her interests. People assume she can no longer make wise decisions based on IG pictures/stories or what her new music will sound like with whom. I, like most here, am not a big rap music fan....although I survived the few Nikki, MIA, Snoopy, NAS....even Mike Tyson and the few other features. Not my favorite songs from M....but bearable. She has always delivered the goods (more good than bad). All this racist, political correctness, social justice, victimization bullshit needs to take a back seat to THE MUSIC. I can be somewhat vocal/judgmental a times too. Love is understanding (and patience is a virtue). It's Madonna, FFS!!!!!
Sorry for the rant. M just needs to hurry the fuck up. Music makes the people come together (and absence makes us fans go "apeshit")...

I wonder what would happen if she'd release a single under a fake/fictitious name like "ANNO-DAM"(some up and coming newbie) just to fool the fools? If it was catchy as hell, would the GP/radio praise it thinking it was someone else? Sure....maybe many of us here would recognize that voice, but many younger listeners may not be so keen. Then she could do a follow-up song...."Who's Your Mambo"...or, "Fools Rush In (for granny)"...or even "Beautiful Game"?
I know, I'm just bored and sooooo f'n ready for something/anything (like all of us here)!!! Just this week I've watched DSS, Shanghai Stinker (well, most of it), A League, Evita (twice), the Virgin Tour, Girlie Show, Confessions Tour, and Drowned World Tour. Not that I didn't enjoy them.....I'm just needing something shiny and new to obsess over. This waiting is making life so much harder to bare.

Why when coming to this thread I suddenly feel like watching "Desperately Seeking Susan"? Something/anything needs to happen before I lose my shit (my patience is wearing thin).
