  1. I saw a picture on ebay of the super deluxe cd and it looked like a fold out cover design which opens up featuring photos on every side. It's not a conventional cd plastic box thing.

I can't link it as my connection to the net isn't that stable right now. I found it in the UK ebay site under Rebel Heart Super deluxe cd.

    It looks real.

  2. The last time I saw Madonna at the O2 we didn't have any problem getting home to Essex. The tubes were running, the river taxis took a lot of peopl and there were loads of buses just filling up with fans and shipping on out. The place was cleared really quickly.

Wembley on the other hand was horrific.

  3. My hubby bought me the papers this morning and I was shocked to find she was hardly mentioned and the fall wasn't in evidence. Some papers used her Grammy performance claiming it was the Brits!!! The reason obviously is that the papers have to be printed and she was last to perform. The later issues in London have Madonna on every cover and masses of coverage, but here in sleepy Devon we got a big fat nothing. I've had to find my poor fallen Madonna from other sources. I keep scrapbooks on her and have done since the 80s so this is yet another chapter to her life story.

  4. THIS.

I may be a grown man with responsibilities, a family, a job and a life to lead but the first thing I thought about when I opened my eyes this morning was "Poor Madonna". But I know she's fine! I know she is! I just have so much compassion for her. I love her so much. She deserves all the best in the world and something so embarrassing and unfortunate should never happen to her. I can't help wearing my heart on my sleeve and letting my emotions get the best of me. It might make me look stupid, but I don't care. I just love the girl.

Love this - I couldn't have Said it better myself.

  5. She fell heavily, you really heard her crash down. To recover from that and carry on was so professional. That damn Cape. She had difficulty untying the laces, her dancers just pulled it off her too quickly. You could hear the audience in shock as she came down.

No doubt this will be the last Brits she will do.

Like a lot of people on here I cried. I'm a grown woman but she is so special and works so hard and this was awful.

At least she will be front page news tomorrow.

Madonna, wish I could give you a big hug. You're such a star.

  6. I'm a real old fart. I've been with Madonna since 1983 when she began her mega career. I loved her music, but I had never seen her on the tv performing, but when I saw her singing 'Like A Virgin' on Top of the Pops she just blew me away.

I have never been a loyal fan of any singer or band. I like someone then 3 months later get bored and drop them, but not with Madonna. She fascinated me then and she fascinates me now. Her music is the soundtrack of my life. Back in 84 and 85 she was everywhere. On magazines, papers, film, video etc it was back to back Madonna. Yes she had her haters, but the young girls (inc me) wanted to look like her, dress like her, wear crucifixes and have her attitude.

In 86/87 she was bigger then ever. A global superstar. Already written off by critics, but she came back with Like A Prayer and Vogue and the Blond Ambition Tour. Madonna was going nowhere.

The Erotica/sex era was hard to deal with as she was universally ripped to shreds by the media but she just picked herself up and off we went again.

Not once have I ever drifted from her. I still get butterflies in my tum when I see her on stage, I still love her outlook on life, and I will continue to enjoy her for as long as she is there.

The woman is as much part of me as my right arm. I'm proud to be a veteran old fart Madonna fan.

  7. Madonna is my Queen and has been for over 30 years. I just adore her.

In her song Nobody Knows Me she says its so hard to find someone to admire.

Not with you in the world Madonna it's not, you are an inspiration and a true legend. The world would be a dull place without you in it.

Yes, the greatest, popular artist of all time. For me, nobody else comes close.

    Luv ya girl!

  8. Stuff the view count, I think the Queen is looking good! Love the video and the imagery and the song.

Because I've been a bit sticky over the last week I didn't even know the video was out there. When I did find it it wouldn't play due to copyright (I'm in the UK)' eventually it played and I have been racking up the view count ever since.

    Love this woman.

  9. If she does stadium dates in the uk I will be gutted. I hate them. I get trodden on, shoved about and I can hardly see anything and that's with me standing in the gold circle. I want to SEE her perform so the O2 or Wembley Arena in London are my hopes.

I really hope she tours Australia this time round as well. A lot of fans over there are missing out on their Madonna fix.

  10. +1

Some people on this thread are just out of control at the moment.

How anyone can call MadRyan rude and bitchy is beyond me and totally wrong. He is not only one of the most passionate fans here but is one of the most respectful and polite. He did not run Madonna down at all and never does.

Now, that out of the way, let's celebrate a great new album coming up - we don't have to love every song either. There will be plenty of choices for everyone.

    Agreed.

  11. Well I've got a face like a slapped bum so I'm not about to have a go at madonna. It's her face so she can do what she likes. Yes, sometimes she looks tired and puffy but we can't be gorgeous all the time.

I loved her face when she was chubby back in the virgin days.

Whatever she does she won't be able to win. If she does nothing and grows old gracefully the press and fans have a go at her. If she uses fillers in her cheeks the press and fans have a go at her.

I don't lose sleep over it.
