At the end of the day none of us have any idea if the album is done or not. We can only speculate!
I personally believe it is finished as she has been hashtagging ''Veni Vidi Vici" - I came, I saw I conquered.
The phrase refers to a swift, conclusive victory.
I think this might be her hinting that she has finished.
Or Veni Vidi Vici might be referring to the Black Lips song of the same name which was remixed by Diplo on the album Decent Work For Decent Pay.

I don't see Adele releasing an iTunes exclusive, she sold 50 billion at retail she's the last person that should do a Beyoncé.

Given that Adele was so incredibly popular with the general public, young-and-old, almost as a fad, even; can she recreate past success? Do you think that some grandmother in Idaho will rush to the store to buy Adele's new album like she did a few years ago? An ITunes exclusive May be a decent idea for Adele - either that or singing in Vegas like the last great vocalist Celine Dion. How many ballads can one sing, after all.

A surprise single would be good. I think a whole album could be a bad idea, she could run the risk of being completely forgotten about.

Curious to know why. I can see why some hate GGW (the vocals, the lyrics), and I know why I dislike GMAYL, but why the hate for TUTR? At worst it's just boring, no?

No. I think her future success with the public will be contingent on her advancing some sort of zeitgeist. Of course, if there's one pop star who can be the IT Girl (lady) again it's M. However, I agree with others that the success of the next single (and your direct question) with depend on management and marketing regardless of quality.

Not purely out of selfishness, but I think it's time to have a lead single solo Madonna. The GP is too scatterbrained to focus on a Madonna(feat...) single. Even 4M was thought of as JT(feat Madonna)...At least when I heard it on the radio here.
That's because she did the backing vocals on 4M.
