People are either gonna hate her or love her, but I bet they will all watch it just to criticize. At the end of the day, she's just adding another great performance to her career that another copycat can't.
well i'm glad the haters don't have the guts to speak out and all they did was honk! everyone else's answers were fair, not fan-type which i enjoyed cause it seemed more of a general public. even the guys think she deserves it so i'm happy about that.

The version we have is the same version that we first heard in LQ. The "orchestra" sounds digital to me, so it's not an actual orchestra. The other clip has indeed a real orchestra.
Yeah actually I was thinking that too cause the chorus hq, you hear the strings for one second and then they fade out, and I kept trying to understand if I was going crazy or if I was actually hearing. That's a little weird that now two esperare versions are on the verge of leaking. I mean, I'm all about leaks cause I can't freaking wait and I'm still going to buy it BUT, it's definitely something wrong and someone needs to get there ass looking into it. One leak of Masterpiece is cool, a second orchestral version, I mean we can wait for that!

You're so right. It's so unfortunate but in the end, I BET YOU ANYTHING. People will quietly be like, "damn that was actually pretty good!" because Americans just like to hate until you force feed them something good. I mean really, you can't blame people when their listening to Britney Spears and Katy Perry. I guess when I look at it like that, it's because the media plays this garbage and they eat it and radio stations don't really play her.

Something about the inclusion of this song in the film seems somewhat last-minute. Maybe they put the 'demo' on the film because the final one isn't finished? Maybe I'm just hoping because this song has the potential to be epic.
maybe I'm just wrong OR they will have the simple version on the soundtrack and the orchestra version for the new album BECAUSE she knew it would probably leak& originally planned for just the soundtrack and now wants it on the album because it has the William orbit feel. I still hear this version as the demo version everything just sounds clearer. Idk I guess it's the way I'm hearing the instruments. I mean , no doubt the vocals are the same exact take. The instrumental on this version sounds cleaner. If you listen carefully to the LQ clip, you can hear the strings but everything was muffled.

i agree with this.
im surprised at the things ive read about it. i just dont understand why she cant get any respect. at all. even the facts arent good enough. people really want her to fail. they ignore her accomplishments and focus on the negative. its disgusting
i'm starting to just back down. i'm not defending it anymore cause it's just continuing the arguments. however, i don't mind hearing facts so if someone post about the EW poll, i don't mind hearing about it but yeah i think it has a lot to do with the buttons she pushed and how she was a strong minded woman and didn't take shit from anyone and Americans can't get passed that. that, and the Erotica/Sex book era. People in the States (where i live) feel threatened and use her age as a reason to bash her. It's very psychological and very clear if you were to put things into perspective. the rest of the world loves what she's done because they feel she liberated women and gay men and see her as an icon for helping others. Here, people just talk about her veins, her attitude and how she should help the poor more! Who the hell has any right to tell her what to do. She doesn't even have to help anybody if she doesn't want to and of course American culture is so vein and disgustingly cruel about image and they like to put people down.
Also, I'd like to point out that I believe the only reason she's being accepted with the film W.E. , (not that it's not good, cause i loved it) was because of it's image of rich society and the royal family. that attracts the bored rich women and you could just feel it in the air of the theatre. they were all snobby with their outfits and enjoyed the perspective of a female in all her richness and how she can find herself without her husband. it's "a little bit" of a chick flick, but more than that. it shouldn't be considered one but it has its elements and ultimately for anyone of rich taste, it was a feast for the eyes as well. almost every scene, you would see people pinch their date/partner about the next outfit (i found myself doing it throughout the film...they were just beautiful) so you can imagine how rich women would enjoy that and the story which was interesting to follow (cause it was mix matched in time, so it wasn't easy to follow which kept you discovering the story)

Mensch,hope you're well. I think the reason why people groan when Madonna brings out the guitar,is because it slows the momentumof the show down. It's ok when it's a ballad or when it's an amazing acoustic rendition of a song,like when she performed "Don't Tell Me" on the Letterman show back in 2000. Otherwise it's just totally beige!! If I'm paying £200 to see Madonna live,I want to see her dancing and sweating her ass off!! The bitch has to work hard for our money!!! However in this case I think she needs to put on an amazing show (which I'm sure she will) and out dance Gaga,Perry,and all those other girls,show them how it's done and basically say to those girls "Thanks for keeping the world entertained for the last 2 years ladies!. But Momma's back in town, so get your hands off my crown,and your ass outta my throne,cos there's only room for one queen in this town BITCHES!!
i agree. i can understand how lately she's OVERusing the guitar. But i still love like Ray of Light from Confessions/Sticky (they were both exactly the same lol). I think a football audience would actually enjoy that as opposed to Madonna in a purple leotard singing "Hung Up"...and yes these talentless girls need to step aside (except Gaga, i love gaga... she entertains me like Madonna does ...don't yell at me lol)
ugh and i hope she doesn't use the circe du sole in the way they've been used before.
I'm guessing Madonna will reinvent the idea of having them included in one of her performances since it is such a huge field and she would want everyone entertained because she's smart unlike other artists lol.

Well remember, it doesn't matter cause she's still performing, she'll still be touring, and she ain't going anywhere, so fuck them and let's enjoy these recent news leaks and celebrate her arrival.

wow people really hate Madonna on guitar lol idk i guess cause i play guitar i love watching her on guitar and think people would respect her for playing it. but oh well, she probably won't although i'm sure she wants to, and now that i think about it, Like a Prayer will probably be performed. USA actually does love that song (more than most of her others) for some reason.

I actually think this song could do well as a single.Madonna should film a really good,stunning video,using scenes from the movie.For their part,Universal should aggressively promote it to adult contemporary radio stations.
Yes even if it's not released as a single, it should have a video with her and the film intertwined and promoted as a promotional single for the film. That would give it a lot of promotion. Maybe audiences would appreciate that Madonna is relaxed in this song, almost like her bedtime stories, secret -era...and it could potentially do well. And maybe that's what William Orbit means about "plenty of treats" or whatever he said. Just the album wouldn't be means to say plenty of treats...you know?
He must mean more than just her album release. It could also be tour announcement, album, hopefully a video for Masterpiece etc...

I too was moved by the extraordinary use of the word 'many'.
When I was discussing that with my father during thanksgiving when we thought we'd get the confirmation,he said that was too many songs (I told him 5) and said that normally they get like 10-15 minutes. I wonder if she'll get more time or if it'll be like a medley ( which would feel rushed IMHO)

It seems like elements of it could be true, like the number of tracks, the Super Bowl commercial thing, but it just seems like this site was trying to come up with exclusives like Madonna Tribe, Madonnarama, and that Drowned one. ESPECIALLY this:

Yea I agree. It would be awesome to have that many songs on the album...
Maybe they are filming the commercial now (and that's what the December 7-9 was for) and the music video later in late December/early January.
Anyway just got my e-mail as to where the movies showing, however no time.

I'd love 14 tracks plus 2 bonus traks AND a commercial for the Super Bowl...idk how true any of it is, but seems possible except for the comparisons of older images&sounds...that's yet to be seen until promo begins.

Idk, since Masterpiece leaked, I'm more optimistic. I don't think Masterpiece will be on the album and I don't think this leak is any indication at all of the sound of the album. I believe Masterpiece is solely for the film and will only be featured on the soundtrack, but it does give me something to look forward to because it shows that there is a sense of maturity (although it may just be for the film) , but idk I'm just happy about it now sans Nicki.

I had a dream that the final 'Give Me All Your Love' leaked and it was a mid tempo, dark electro song. Sort of dark like Gaga's Government Hooker, not feel good like the demo at all. It might have even been the song that was playing when she came on stage in that Smirnoff thing.
Okay so its just a dream, but there's no reason why THAT instrumental couldn't be Give Me All Your Love. Dramatically different but the chorus melody would still fit I think. In my dream the chorus had some cool effect on her voice with some stuttering on the vocals. The general vibe was that it was not very commercial but that people LOVED it. It was very vivid too.
My dream also included fans on here saying "She needs to rush release this to iTunes right away" and having tantrums that the momentum was going to be lost
Well we know that part will come true at leastSeems like we're both having Madonna (new era) related dreams lately. Could it be our subconscious trying to calm us down and help us realize that the Queen won't fail us or is it a precognitive look at what's to come? Idk but I always take dreams as little hints and in my dream the song I heard was somewhat more industrial electro which would be like Government Hooker but less repetitive and more elaborate with sounds and vocals. Exciting times are ahead!

You know, even though I don't like Nicki, it'd be great if all three of them had a commercial that would start playing during the final game of the year before the Superbowl. One that we would have no clue who it is until they begin unraveling the artist one by one until the end when Madonna would show up.
Like an instrumental (so's not to ruin the release and tease us, and relieve us that it's a totally different version) and Nicki with her pink wig in the middle of the field (in football gear of one team minajified)walking through with huge platforms carrying the Superbowl medal to the benches (where the big screens are playing a megamix of Madonna videos in the empty field)where MIA would be in full Amazonian football gear ( Cut off jersey of one of the teams, eye black etc...) and then finally you see Madonna either watching them or MIA comes and hands the award to her and they say something tacky about her being the Queen or "are you ready?" or something...
Idk when I ever saw commercial for the Superbowl act and now that she signed with LiveNation, I'm sure money wouldn't be an issue and it would definitely work in her favor promoting all three artists and something I don't think has ever been done before.

I had the strangest dream last night where I had somehow been hanging out with Lola and when to their NYC apartment. Madonna was in the shower (the whole dream
) but I was with Lourdes dancing around secretly trying to record the whole apartment lol and then I wanted her to send me the videos we just recorded of us dancing around, but I went onto ITunes and tried to see the new songs and put them into my IPod. I saw other song titles ( which I can't remember right now) but I played one song and it was amazing lol. Almost like a more industrial Ray of Light. That just gave me hope.

That's why a few weeks ago I was "predicting" according to someone, but my opinion still stands. All these football love guys are NOT going to be thrilled to see Gay Icon Madonna dancing around, which is why I like the idea of at least one song being on guitar like Ray of Light, Like a Prayer (even though Im tired of it but everyone's loves it sooo much, the religious theme gets people), maybe Music/Holiday/Express Yourself ....something like that. I don't know. I'm excited there has been no mention of MIA or Nicki in the performance. I hope that means something...that they won't be destroying my Superbowl!
