  1. I love the video. The way I see it, the dance is supposed to represent (in a condensed, artful way) the build up of the two character's relationship without having to draw out the video with cutaways. It's a very intimate dance, especially the way he kept grabbing onto the back of her head. It reminds me of the way he would probably hold her to console her had she been having a breakdown about their situation. Intricacies like that really make this a special video.

  2. Why would anyone imagine a DEMO inbetween finished tracks anyway? There seems to be this misconception that something that may well have been knocked up in the space of a week or so to DEMONSTRATE a particular sound is what the final product would have actually been. We don't know what an actual final version of RH and WAOM using the demo templates would have sounded like. What we do know is that thanks to the leaks, Madonna admitted to going out of her way to make certain songs completely different. In fact she seems to have abandoned RH and WAOM altogether during this promo blitz.

She also said she was happy with the sound of certain demos. Songs like Best Night and HeartBreakCity prove that she would keep the base of the demo if she really wanted to, so it's obvious that that's not what she wanted for WAOM. Not to mention the fact that WAOM and RH serve as closers on their respective versions of the album. It's not even really debatable that she chooses some of the most special songs to close her albums, regardless of how much she pays attention to them afterwards. I mean, Falling Free, Voices, Like It Or Not, Easy Ride, Gone, Mer Girl, Secret Garden, a few barely lucky enough to get one-off performances on tour, much less talked about during promo.

If you don't like the songs, fine, but don't try to make it out to seem like Madonna made some mistake by including them as is. If there are no "final versions of RH and WAOM using the demo templates," there were obviously never meant to be any.

  3. I think both tracks are a way for her to say fuck you to people who say she's too old to talk about certain things, she never made songs so overtly sexual (except where life begins)....She's laughing at people's reaction to the songs. Frankly it's more interesting to have her sing about her juice now that she's older than when she was younger, the meaning now is more political to me because like she says women her age aren't supposed to be sexual.

Yaaaaaaasssss at all of this, especially the bold.

  4. I love this song. I imagine that it's about some weird sex dungeon called "S.E.X." and you're walking through it, seeing all this freaky shit going on. At the end of the hall is a door and you walk through and it's a dark room with just one light hanging from the ceiling. All of a sudden you hear "A lesson in sexology" and out walks Grillzdonna all

and teaches you a lesson! :dramatic::rotfl: And after she spanks you, she kicks you out of the room and slams the door like in the end of the song. :rotfl: Seriously this song is amazing!

    SCHTRAP IT ON!

  5. When I first heard this song out of the context of the album, I was very disappointed, because I had really liked the demo (:1251:), but upon hearing the album as a whole, it makes so much sense. It makes me feel like I'm preparing for battle or the end of the world. It's got that very bittersweet feel to it. Gorgeous lyrics, vocals, and production! I love it!
