Russia is not asking for control over the whole country, not even much of the land, only the territories that have themselves proclaimed independence. But yes, I would rather leaders negotiate than getting the citizens to fight to the death and to see everything around them destroyed and end up with nothing. Yep. Take the damn land.

Yeah, right. As if Pootin will stop at that.

  2. So I watched Contagion cause why not   and I can't say I was blown away/terrified by it like some people have claimed. Maybe the fact that we all are basically in this movie as of right now made me immune to the story? (yes, I chose those words  ). The film is very accurate and very, VERY similar to what we're going through (the situation is much more grim and tragic in it). It's a well made film, but I expected to be more thrilling, a twist or something. It went by very quickly. I really liked the score though :wow:

Anybody else gonna watch this while they're at home? :naughty:

I was in Paris for the 7th March concert (sigh!) and when i come back to Italy on the 9th i did not receive any check in Rome Airport and my palne was full too. On my arrival in Sardinia though there was a very accurate check made by police and since i travelled through Milan on the outward now i'm on forced quarantine for two weeks and unlike the rest of the italian population i can't even go out to reach a grocery store.

I'm now in quarantine for 2 weeks too

I eventually talked to my family doctor today and she was like "yup, you'll stay home for a couple of weeks, to be sure"

  4. I'm wondering how the non-French people who went to Madonna's concert on Sunday, March 8, are handling this situation cause I don't really know what to do. Did y'all get checked when you arrived in your home countries? Cause here no one said anything to us at the airport. And the plane from Paris I was in was almost full. Just curious.

And, like Adams points out, if these masks run out, they won't be available to the medical professionals who are at the highest risk for disease transmission.

So the masks are useless to the general public, but they are useful to medical professionals? After he just said they offer no protection?

The track would smash with a great video and a proper push, but doesn't look like that is going to happen.

    Baffles the mind really.

    Too late for that, unfortunately.

The only reason I can think of for not yet promoting FG is that maybe...she's waiting for the Southern Hemisphere summer?... :semifunny:

Anyone who dislikes "Faz Gostoso" covered by Madonna on Madame X is just unfunny, uptight, narrow-minded, shallow, complacent, lazy, lame, boring, unimaginative, pedestrian, unadventurous, vapid, vanilla, and uncultured. A prude and a crybaby, basically. Stick to your COADF and Evita soundtrack.

But I am all of those things AND I love Faz Gostoso... 🤔 🤔

I just can't grasp the hate for this song. It was instant love from first listen. It shines like this bright light on the album. It's incredibly catchy, has got great hooks, a melody that sticks with you, and if this was any other artist, I could see this all over the radio. The lyrics may be heavy, but like other songs on the album, the production fools you with something that's quite escapist, takes you away to another time and place... perfect for the summer.

Don't get why this one gets such a hard time.

Yes, every word of this
