  1. Based on the instagram hashtags by Madonna and other artists involved in the album, I think this track list is possibly what we can expect:

    1. Living for Love

    2. Devil Pray

    3. Ghosttown

    4. Unapologetic Bitch

    5. Illuminati

    6. Bitch, I'm Madonna

    7. Rebel Heart

    8. Joan of Ark

    9. Heartbreak City

    10. Messiah

    11. Iconic

    12. Revolution

    13. Art for Freedom

    14. Sex

    15. Holy Water

    16. ?

    17. ?

    18. ?

    19. ?

But I doubt we can rely on hashtags as any type of confirmation. Everything can change. I still don't understand why we only have Joan of Ark as another track listed on iTunes and nothing else. Probably because they're still making a final decision on the final track list. But we should hear something soon because the mastering of the whole album is almost done!

Hate to repeat myself but I just really hope to see Inside Out, Best Night and Hold Tight.

She has posted a lyric sheet of Wash All Over Me on Instagram.

  2. Do you think they will remaster the 6 released tracks for the final album? This would be fantastic. But, still, I do think the work here is better than her previous album. You can actually listen to her voice and the overall sound is richer.

I hope so. Cause I remember someone saying that an album usually won't get mixed until the sequencing of the whole disc is done. Some of Nicki Minaj's pre-release tracks were poorly mixed but they got it fixed for the album release.

  3. Who is mixing this album? It's a big improvement from MDNA, but it could be better. Bring back Mark Stent

With LFL's poorly mastered verses, the obvious recording "on air" sound at the beginning of Ghosttown and the volume fluctuation of BIM, it is hardly an imporvement from MDNA. I'll wait til the full mastered album is released before I go on a rant on this subject.

  4. I'm glad that the majority here prefers a bipartite album concept. Some people here are misunderstanding the idea. It's about presenting two sonically/emotionally different records rather than dividing uptempos and downtempos. The HEART songs can still be uptempo club tracks (Living For Love) and the REBEL songs can still be slower (Illuminati), so I don't really get how having a double album would make the listening experience more boring. What I'm really worried about is how this 19-track album can flow smoothly without sounding all over the place. She really needs to carefully sequence this record in order to bring out its identity. I may be overacting but I'm not here for another "light-and-darkness" eclectic MDNA cluster! I still have faith in Madonna's craft though so I'm hoping for the best!

  5. Madonna originally wanted to go with the REBEL/HEART two-set concept, but for some reason changed her mind after the leak, meaning the rebel tracks and the heart tracks are gonna be mixed together (Not sure if she meant the order of the tracklist or times of release)

How would you want Rebel Heart to be served?

Are u still hoping for a double-album (not necessarily two CDs, just a tracklist that divides into two chapters) with two distinct sounds?

Or do you prefer a more eclectic 19-track record that has everything mixed together?

  6. I don't think she knows s final tracklist yet, and releasing these 6 songs have disrupted whatever idea she had going on. Maybe she's not allowed to alter a tracklist once songs are a availsble to purchase? We know the MDNA tracklist was altered during preorder, but only 1 song was available at that time and it's positioned never changed

I really hope that's not the case beacause the six songs released don't really flow into each other well :nike:

I can always make my own tracklist but I still want the final product to be cohesively put together. Yes, I'm one of those "cohesion" freaks :newspaper:

  7. I've listened to LFL a few times now and it's really not sticking for me. It feels neither instant nor instinctive, in the way that one hopes a Madonna lead single will be. There are elements in there which are good - though I'm sorry to say that doesn't include Madonna's voice which alternate between croaky and screechy - but overall, it doesn't come together to make the cohesive pop anthem I would have liked.

Clean Bandit's Rather Be has set the bar extremely high when it comes to 90s-inspired house, and unfortunately, LFL falls quite a long short, in my opinion.

    THIS

I felt like I was the only one who has problem with the scratchy verses. It's not even just about the vocals but the sloppy mixing is also responsible for the distorted sound. Praying that this will be fixed once the album is mastered. Living For Love has huge potential to be a modern day club anthem!

Yes I'm ready for some supreme elitist members to drag and flush me.
