So she prefers the deep house version of LFL. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with Diplo saying that "the album version is strong". Will the leaked version end up on the album?
and yes I do think the leaked demo version has stronger potential than the final mix. They just need to beef up the production a lil bit.

HC sounded dated, I'm not saying I don't like the album but it really sounds like other people had already done a few years before, Timbaland, Pharrel and JT had been using the same sounds since 2005 and HC. Actually Pharrel still uses it, Blurred Lines is Give it 2 Me redux.
STOP this "HC sounded dated" BULLSHIT already it's been 7 fucking years.
The ONLY generic song on the album was 4 Minutes, and to a certain extent, Dance2Night. The rest of the album is retro funk which sounded like nothing on the radio at the time. I understand when casual listeners/fans had their assumption that the record sounded dated based on the first single, but it makes me angry every time I see M stans bashing HC for no fucking reason. Did these people even listen to the album?

It says "The 14 songs....." So I think it's official the regular version of Rebel Heart will have 14 tracks.

I'm happy that the standard edition only has 14 tracks. I'm here for a cohesive body of work with the strongest tracks that I (and other critics) can officially judge on.

Have we ever gotten one real bit of information from any of these "insiders" over the past two months? Not trying to be ride; just curious if there was even one correct piece of info.
Only the rumor that Living For Love would be released around 21st of Dec turnt out to be real. No one knew the existence of Ghosttown or the reworked versions of Illuminati/Devil Pray/Living For Love.

What has he said that turnt out to be accurate? His so-called exclusive "I'm only human" lyrics are in iTunes' album description. He also said VVV would feature NAS. Such a transparent fake insider.

About Rebel Heart (the tune) its not a ballad nor acoustic but it's not the dance remix that initially leaked, which in my opinion was the best :speakno:
Many members here seem to have some of the demos , it's the same as the 5th one only she re-recorded the vocals for the track.
The track was only finalized last month (January) by the way !
ADDICTED is more or less the same, there haven't been any drastic changes and its still dance.

No more Avicii for Borrowed Time, again it's been reworked with as more of a downbeat track. While Joan Of Arc is now more upbeat !
I really think Yeezus turned a 180 on Holy Water. And it's explicit alright.
The rant over the demo edit of the track is understandable but the final one might end up being one of the most favorite by fans as she's mixing it up with a classic

By the way, the guy seems legit, he had apparently named everything that would end up on the album before the tracklisting, and said that only two "brand-new" songs would be released, Queen and Ghosttown, and that was because he thought that Autotune Baby had leaked, so yeah. Seems we're in for a treat
This person is NOT reliable at all. Everytime he basically just adds something little extra to what have already been rumored. The only time he got semi-accurate was saying that only two new un-leaked tracks made the album but it turns out there's only ghosttown . And now with this theory that the "other" one is on the super deluxe version? Nah, screams fake to me.

The new Iconic demo is really affirming the sonic direction of the album. I'm living for EDGY INDUSTRIAL EDM GONE CRISPY BONKERS. I wonder how the ballads are going to fit in but I have trust in the Queen.

The four strongest demo tracks (Rebel Heart, Wash All Over Me, Inside Out, Best Night) made the album so I don't know who da fuck you think you are to complain about filler tracks getting axed.

So is it really true that the tracks are remastered? There's too many people saying that the glitches have been fixed and vocals have become clearer, but I still fear that it is just their illusion!
Can any US folk with good ears and good speakers confirm any of that?

soooo, how does one get the updated versions? I tried deleting them from my computer and icloud, but then couldn't figure out how to re-download them.
Go to "Purchased" on the iTunes store home page and you can re-download the songs. please do tell whether the songs are re-mastered or not. I need more confirmations!

Diplo said on twitter last week that the album version of LFL is strong when some fan asked him about the mixing problem of LFL. I think the chance is slim that we will get another version of LFL so it's just all wishful thinking. I think the verison that we got fits the album more with its crisp industrial sound but it'd be nice to hear a finalized version of the demo.
