Madonna & Anitta collab

the concept of vulgarity is absolutely subjective, surely katy perry is more modest and decorous than an anitta, but at the level of artistry it is nothingness, a product packed by the industry that has produced hits prepared to its measure. the level of vulgarity is equal to that of rihanna, another commercial product, only that now if she moves the ass is a political statement and is considered feminist. not to mention nicki minaj and anaconda? is that class? surely madonna could choose thick artists with whom to duet, but for me rihanna and anitta are on the same level.

Yes and truth is that this music is invading the pop scenario and in a blink of an eye we re gonna be drowned in that ....and eventhought I don appreciate it , I m glad to witness this new wave in pop music , I used to discredit youth s taste in music  but when I started getting to know what they listen to , just watching them freaking out in a park or  on a bus with a loud speaker on , I started getting their way to celebrate life throught music  and I like the neverending soundtrack evolution  of it all . so I quite  understand M , she s intrigued by "TheNextNote"

why can't she work with artists who truly experiment and make interesting and beautiful music?

Well, her collaboration(s) with M.I.A. weren't exactly all that. She can work with interesting and acclaimed artists and the result could still disappoint. (Not saying it's Madonna's fault or something)

why should madonna experiment with girls who probably haven't contributed anything to their own work other than this horrible mumblerap (and even THAT, they probably didn't write)

why can't she work with artists who truly experiment and make interesting and beautiful music? why is she so inclined to work with the absolute WORST? it almost seems like a contest to pick up the worst people in the business to see how much shit her fans will tolerate. no wonder Madonna doesn't get the credit she deserves.

I have to agree. Maluma and Anittas own music sound atrocious. Yes, Madonna would probably elevate their shit but why choosing to work with the worst? I simply dont get it.

so? even if she gets many views, who cares if the music is shit and we'll forget about it in a day? we're not here for champagne rose. we're madonna fans.. mumblerap and twerking (or songs without melodies) aren't really what M fans are looking for.. it sounds very counter productive to want a hit but work with the worst to get it.. (we all know that if it's like champagne rose or songs in that genre, no one's gonna like it anyway. M fans got a little more taste than that)

Well, she will have her fans money no matter what. But that won't do deal. She needs the general public back.

I wonder if Madonna is actually a fan of her music. I can't see her comprosing her musical integrity, by doing these features, just for streaming numbers. So that would mean she really likes Anitta's music and thinks they could work magic together???

Madonna seems to really enjoy their music. Just like she did enjoy BIM the most.

Same here.

It only makes her discography even more colorful than it already is.

Some people are really pressed.

What is she saying on that video ?

 Nothing important.

The interviewer asks her in Spanish "How are you going to celebrate if you win". She didn't understand what "si ganas" ("if you win") was, then she figured it out and she goes on about how her Spanish is horrible and up until recently she was saying the word for "carpet".

Madonna can do whatever she wants, but if the whole album is at all like champagne rose.... I'll probably take a break from music.

And not just Madonna, ALL music..

It won't be I think. The first single is heavily rumoured to be a disco number. Nothing to do with the atrocity of Anitta/Maluma.

She’s a bit annoying but is played in every gay bar constantly

Wow I haven't gone out recently, so wasn't aware she's played that much in the bars.
