Did she have bad vocals in Miami for Sticky & Sweet?

Recommended Posts

I met someone new today. Madonna came up in conversation. He said he saw her in Miami for the Sticky & Sweet Tour and questioned if she was drunk (!) because she sounded so horrible. Is this true? I saw her in Jersey during that tour and thought she sounded great. I told him it might have been toward the end of tour and she strained her vocal cords. (No idea if that's actually true.) He was turned off to Madonna after that until he saw the Rebel Heart Tour in NYC and said he loved the show and thought she sounded great.

Her throath was damaged from A-rod's cock that night ....

But S&S was not her best vocally so i think a lot of people had that reaction , specially in the rock guitar songs

Voice change is one of the most common symptoms of menopause, and the average age of women at the time of menopause is 51. So, it's pretty understandable why 2008-9 were the worst years of her career, vocally.

No doubt it was HER idea to edit those damn vocals from Buenos Aires.

I remember being in Paris and the volume was so loud I could barely hear her vocals, which was a good thing
But during Borderline they were so crow-like atrocious that people were looking at each other in embarassment..... I still had a blast though XD

To be fair to her it's more difficult to sing when you're playing guitar, especially if you've learnt how to play guitar properly after you've been a vocalist. This is true if you ask any singer and guitarist. Yes I know she did some guitar back in the old days but that was very long ago and she wasn't yet a proper singer. Most guitarists I know who have learnt how to play guitar after learning vocal technique all say they wish they learnt both at the same time.
