The Immaculate Collection. With the new mixes and two essential "new" songs it works pretty much as an album. A flawless one.

I usually put Celebration on shuffle! Yeah there are many flaws on this outing but I need my fill of 80's 90's and 00's Madonna!!

My definite fave is STR, followed by GHV2 even though it's disliked by fans.

Just LOVE 90's Madonna.....

There is everything absolutely perfect about Something to Remember.

If GHV2 avoided Erotica and Ray of Light radio edits, and the Miami mix and Above and Beyond remixes of DCFMA and WIFLFAG it would be perfect. It's actually a great retrospective of the most interesting decade of her career, even if she didn't give two shits about it :IMG_1564: oh and that shitty tracklist.

Ghv2 could be much better with songs in chronological order, no awful Erotica and Ray Of Light radio edits and with two new songs.. I love 90's M the most and this was a huge disappointment..

Love them all expect GHV2 ( even the name is uninspiring )  Just reeked of lack of interest from Madonna as well.  Could of been fantastic.

The Immaculate Collection is an album that I would easily guess a quarter of all music lovers would have in their Cd Collection.  Well, the people have bought CD's.  The ultimate greatest hits.   I love Something To Remember as well and think it is the best ballad collection ever.  Going to go with TIC though.

Zero votes for GHV2 :lmao:

Such a wasted opportunity.  The sequencing, the songs chosen, the lack of promotion, the dreadful write up in the CD.  The boring clinical name.  Pains me to say because it should have been wonderful and a staple for all music fans.

+1 It is a shame that her most creative decade has received such a cheap and cash in compilation.

It is the most mysterious thing about this disaster. The compilation seems to have been realized in 2 hours by an bad intern at Warner. :lmao:

I would've loved DCFMA Miami mix on GHV2.

I listen to Celebration the most just because of the amount songs on it and i like the remasters of the Madonna, Like a Virgin, and True Blue Singles. Though i like the IC version of Holiday better.

I never understand when people complain about chronilogical order and GHV2 is basically in order it goes by era for the most part.

I agree about the edits and DCFMA though :)

I went for TIC purely because it's the first Madonna album I ever listened to and it flows effortlessly from beginning to end, also Rescue Me is an absolute tune.

I love Celebration too, I hammered that album back in 2009.
