Last week I received COADF US Numbered edition sealed from Audiophile. It was only 50$.

#928. It's gorgeous.

Sorry gurl but I can do the same thing to my COADF LP by sticking a white sticker and write a random number on it.

It's from 2006, a US limited edition. I found one last month! https://www.discogs.com/Madonna-Confessions-On-A-Dance-Floor/release/861423

Then why is there still pink vinyls out there in so many shops? Was the limit edition like half a million? Or maybe it was limited only in USA? It makes no sense, sorry.

There was a pink vinyl re-issue this year, unnumbered. The original pressing was limited and numbered.

Sorry gurl but the white sticker behind the LP with a handwritten number made it looked cheap.

There's not much difference between the numbered (US) & un-numbered (EU) except catalog number.

COADF Pink LP was not released commercially in 2006 in the US, hence the "hand-numbered" pink LP.

That also explains why Rhino released it for the first time early this year in US.

I bought one in 2008 at the record store I used to work in and all the sticker says is limited edition on pink vinyl, no mention of it being numbered...and it has another little sticker saying made in england

I ended up buying just her classic remastered albums in 192khz/24-bit FLAC format on HDTracks. And they sound absolutely fantastic on my JBL system.....very crystal-clear and definitely better than their original CD counterparts. I'm happy with them, for the moment.

As much as I love collecting vinyls of my favorite artists, for the moment I'm giving up on buying her Vinyl collection.

Even a used copy of ROL cost way too much for me. I'll wait until she will officially re-release her Vinyl catalog at more affordable prices (even though i'm not holding my breath for that to happen anytime soon).

That’s not exclusive to this place. That’s everywhere. Pay it no mind.

Congrats on the great purchase! It’s beautiful!

All of the re-issues (no matter if EU or US release, pink, black or whatever) are pressed in Europe. The only difference between them is the artwork for the US release since they use better blueprints but other than that it is always the same master and thus the same release for each LP.

I thought the same, my brother picked up ROL from a sainsburys in London 3 weeks after release.

LAV seemed to be the more scarce vinyl.

Even still, it’s not like it was like Kylie’s Fever, when they were gone they were gone + never been released on vinyl before.

Both LAV clear LP & ROL blue LP are available in HMV Japan now! :rosey:

LAV clear LP - ¥5,281 (40 euro)

ROL blue LP - ¥6253 (47 euro)

I will retain my FNAC order since it's much cheaper (goods + shipping) than getting from Tokyo.
