I think this can be condensed a bit, don't you?

I'd also like to maybe hear some opinions from any actual Russian posters here about how it is to actually live under this guy's government.

Love or hate Putin, how can you disagree with this sentiment?

His response is to the Supreme Court in Austria overturning the conviction of a 20 yo migrant that raped a ten year old boy in the changing room of a public swimming pool. After the rape, the 10 year old boy was treated at the hospital for internal injuries. He had since been treated for 'profound depression' and has expressed suicidal thoughts.

The child reported the rape to a lifeguard and his attacker was arrested at the scene, reportedly telling officers in initial interviews that he was experiencing a ‘sexual emergency’ after not having sex in four months.

Putin:

So, what’ going on now? A refugee raped a child in one of the European countries. The court let him free on two grounds: he doesn’t speak the language of the residence country, and he didn’t understand that [the] boy was against the rape. It’s just hard to imagine what Europeans are going…A society that cannot defend its children today, has no tomorrow. It has no future.”

The rapist was later convicted to 6 years then he might be deported.

Interesting observation, especially coming from someone that during a recent presidential election voted for a "man" who proudly claimed to grab women by their pussies, a man who has bragged about sexually assaulting women, with several women having accused him of rape and sexual assault.

On less serious side of things, just wish more Russian guys were willing to experiment sexually or come out of the closet. Some of them are pretty HOT! I hooked up with a Russian speaking Ukranian and he was very cute.😊

^^Uncut and his average was about six inches. He was only twenty three, but in good shape and handsome face. He was a little shy, but still gave good head. Lol

From what he told me, Russian and Ukranian  lgbtq issues are very controversial and have to be careful about receiving threats or even being physically attacked.

Yes because only migrants are capable of rape. Yes rape and sexual abuse have never existed before in our societies. The Catholic Church, school teachers, other organisations individuals, minors, friends,  if not members of the inner family themselves have never been found guilty of rape or sexual abuse against children.

Today's mentality has become dangerously selective towards immigrants. Yes it's all immigrants faults. Yes immigrants have brought rape and sexual harassment in our perfectly moral withstanding societies.

Putin took his precious time to comment on a subject which itself is very delicate but where was he when the revelation of child sex abuse has been plaguing football in the U.K.?  And quite possibly in pretty much every other place in the world. What about when the Catholic Church priests were accused of sexual abuse? Did he take time to comment on that as well? What about when there have been cases of children raped by their own father or mother? Wasn't those children deserving of his time and comments? Or only children attacked by migrants truly suffered?

And then I hear the rethoric of some people here saying don't follow the sheep or something like that... Exactly. Wake up, people.

The case Putin commented on involved a child being anally raped.

The grab the pussy comments Trump made were vulgar and in terrible taste. That is undisputed.

He's been a high profile public figure for more that 30 years, why did these woman wait to tell their stories 3 weeks before election day? What is the status of these 'criminal investigations' now? I did a search just now but found nothing substantial.

You seem like a reasonable person but I don't feel the need to go back and forth on this.

Thank you Love Spent.

But talking about Putin.. i wonder if he would have said the same thing if the child was raped by a Russian national or even someone from the Russian oligarchy...

I can answer this question with a clear "NO". Russians never address anything that is wrong in their country or their past. Until this very day they will tell you mass rape of German women and girls by Soviet soldiers on their way to Berlin during WW2 never happened.

And I'm still waiting of an excuse from the Russian foreign minister and members of the Duma for their false allegations against the Berlin police claiming they would not do their job in finding a girl of Soviet expats who was allegedly kidnapped to be raped by immigrants or refugees. Making a huge fuss on all Russian TV channels and creating a diplomatic crisis, calling in the German ambassador. Two days later they found the girl. She was f*cking around with her boyfriend, the boyfriend she did not tell anyone about because of fear of her conservative parents.

The Culture of lies in Russia never really ended after the fall of the communism era and has regained enormous vigor in recent years thanks to the Internet that facilitates its proliferation.

But the Americans are just spreading democracy and saving the world from evil tyrants because they're such good people

I think ,many Americans have been deceived by this notion that America was a force for peace in the world for a very long time. It's not any particular nationality though, it's not the people but their governments, because by "Wall Street" it is meant the banking elites in general, going back to people of different nationalities who operate everywhere and through manipulation of any given governments, being "above" them and above the law

Creating thesis and antithesis so that you can birth your own pre set synthesis, feeding both factions, then playing them against one another while you are just using both contexts to keep conflict artificially and indefinitely in place and pilfering/killing, taking away liberties further more along the process

I think it's interesting we're having these discussions about Russia right now, of all times in history. Post 2001 and post 2008. Considering the fact that the foundation of the former Soviet Union started with a 100 years old Revolution funded by Western powers.

Professor Antony Sutton taught economics at California State University and was a research fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution

In this talk, Prof. Sutton goes into his impeccable research on how a close-knit group of Western financiers and industrialists (centered around Morgan and Rockefeller in the US, and around Milner and the City financiers, in the UK) created and sustained their three supposed enemies right from the very beginning: Soviet Russia, Nazi Germany, and FDR's Fabian socialism

Particularly, he goes into how Wall Street/City of London financiers used their banking institutions and their industrial enterprises to:

1) Help finance and sustain the Bolshevik Revolution. Build up Soviet industry during Lenin's Five-Year Plans, both through finance, technology/industrial transfers and technical assistance. Continue to build the Soviets throughout the entire Cold War, through the same kinds of deals. This included the Korea and the Vietnam eras, during which American troops were being killed by... Western-made Soviet equipment.

2) Build up Nazi Germany, both financially and industrially;

3) Get FDR into power in America as their man, and even draw up the New Deal policies, especially FDR's National Recovery Act -- designed by Gerard Swopes of General Electric and deeply welcomed by Wall Streeters Morgan, Warburg and Rockefeller.

Sutton was not a wild speculator. He was a distinguished academic researcher who documented his conclusions impeccably in his several works. Not being able to counter his research, the establishment (including academia) simply attempts to ignore it, and pretend it isn't there.
The purpose for these Wall Street policies was very simple: to create, and globalize, what Sutton calls Corporate Socialism. A system under which everything in society is ruled by the state, and the state is, in its stead, controlled by financiers who, hence, get to rule and manage society, to their liking. In other words, to get society to work for the financiers, using a socialist state as an intermediary.

This is what we now know as the globalization economic model. As a result of all the clashes of the 20th century, most notably WWII and the Cold War (fought between powers that were manipulated and controlled by these banker cliques), the world has been 'globalized'. Meaning that it has been entirely taken over by these financiers, and is ever closer to being completely ruled by them, through not only the national states and national central banking systems, but mainly through supranational agencies and institutions.

Vladimir Putin fires warning shot at the West as he flexes Russia’s military muscles

February 3, 2017

VLADIMIR Putin has fired a warning shot at the West by flexing Russia’s military muscles with massive infantry and tank exercises.

Dramatic pictures show tanks speeding through the snow during exercises by the Russian Pacific Fleet’s naval infantry unit at the Bamburovo firing range reported The Sun.

Soldiers can be seen firing AK47s and launching rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) as the Russians show off their fighting prowess.

Other snaps show troops dashing through the snow with heavy-duty ammunition and throwing hand grenades in the live fire exercise.

Many of the soldiers are wearing winter camouflage for the war games in Russia’s frozen far east — near the border with North Korea.

The drills are a part of preparations for the Suvorov Attack army competition, during which Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela and Kazakhstan will face off around the middle of the year.

But they also act as a warning to Britain and the rest of NATO as tensions continue to rise amid military posturing from both sides.

This latest training exercise comes as some 3,500 US troops arrived in Poland last month, along with tanks and heavy equipment — one of the largest deployments of US forces in Europe since the Cold War.

There was also a live fire exercise, with General Ben Hodges, the top US Army commander in Europe, confirming the drills were training troops for war with Russia.

“Russian aggression takes many forms: Cyber, misinformation, threatening other countries, Russian snap exercises,” he said.

And he added that he hoped “Moscow will get the message”.

The Kremlin slammed the NATO drills, branding them provocative and a “security threat”.

“We perceive it as a threat. These actions threaten our interests, our security,” Russian government spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“Especially as it concerns a third party building up its military presence near our borders. It’s not even a European state.”

Kremlin to check if Fox News host who called Putin ‘killer’ apologizes by 2023

The remarks of Fox News host Bill O’Reilly who called Vladimir Putin “a killer” have put the news channel in an awkward situation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, adding that Russia is very patient and can wait till 2023 for an apology.

Fox News host Bill O’Reilly labelled Russian President Vladimir Putin “a killer” during a Sunday interview with US President Donald Trump, in which they discussed the Republican’s numerous statements on his willingness to work with Russia to deal with issues such as terrorism.

Moscow said on Monday it expected an apology from Fox News, saying that it considers O’Reilly’s words “unacceptable and insulting.”

O’Reilly, however, dismissed the call for an apology. I’m working on that apology but it may take a little time,” O’Reilly said late Monday. “You might want to check in with me around… 2023.”:boozehound:

On Tuesday, Peskov reacted to O’Reilly’s comment, saying that Russia has “a different understanding of the rules of etiquette and manners than this gentleman [O’Reilly].” :voodoo:

“But we are very kind and very patient. We will put a note in the calendar for the year 2023 and return to him with this question,” Peskov added. :rotfl:

According to Putin’s spokesman, the incident is even more “unpleasant” for Fox News Channel than for Russia.

“We are not inclined to exaggerate this or to blow this out of proportion,” he said, suggesting the Kremlin would not pursue the incident further.

“But in any case the insult that is voiced by a correspondent of a media outlet and subsequently passed over in silence by its chief editorial office characterizes these media negatively.”
