2016 American Presidential Thread πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Hearing of her being ill actually makes me more concerned for her than outraged that someone sick is running for president, although it's wrong that it's being kept a secret (if she is ill). I mean, people can work with seizures and other medical issues... granted the presidency might be a little bit more than a job, but some people who suffer with such things are able to maintain careers.

This is it unedited

Clearly she's missing around. :-/

Yes, Hannity is totally pushing this whole "elderly woman who's got health problems" shtick. It's pretty repulsive. He even had these so called medical experts on air talking about that picture of Hillary walking up the steps. One of them said something along the lines of 'CLEARLY there's an issue here' Like any 'medical expert' makes a diagnosis through pictures.

The right wing media is really grasping at anything at this point because they know she's going to win a in a total blowout. I was cautiously optimistic at first, now I'm just optimistic in general. Trump isn't going to change a thing about his campaign. He's going to continue to be wildly offensive and off the cuff. The only thing Hillary and Kaine need to do is look normal and boring. And if there's one thing Hillary has ALWAYS been is, well, normal and boring.

I agree with everything except the last sentence- that woman is ANYTHING but boring

But heck, for this race why not play the part?

Republicans are shitting bricks at the possibility of never-ending dem presidency. They can stick it after the way they handled Trump! He's a mad man and isn't remotely qualified for the job.

Can't wait for the debates!

I guess I'm just saying she's pretty much your run of the mill politician. She's certainly not her husband and especially not Obama. Which is totally fine in this political climate right now!

This! So true.

During the primaries I had some doubts but now, not anymore. I'm sure she's going to win. Even if Trump starts to act presidential (which I don't think is going to happen), the bullshit and many insults he has been throwing for months can't be forgotten. Now, unless there's something big in Hillary's emails, she's going to win.

The Dems really need to put out ad after ad asap showing every one of his insane 'walk back' statements. Like a montage. First, show what he said (eg: women should be punished for abortion, Obama founded ISIS etc etc etc..) then showing him or one of his minions 'correcting' him or saying he really meant this. I mean...this beast is an *endless target in soo many ways where ALL they need to do is constantly use his own words and actions! Hopefully they're on it already. Def. would be a winning ad.

Lmao at the level of desperation between the Hannity's and the few remaining orange saggy nut suckers (including a few on CNN..maybe the same 3 dolts). When just ONE media person is questioning Hillary's health over a blatantly edited/bogus You Tube video...I can't lol. That, and Trump himself pushing and pushing this rigged election shit and how cops and his lunatic cult members make sure there's nothing shady going on all over PA. It's absolutely insane and actually scary. Even if he loses I'm concerned about the signals he's sending out to his supporters. The guy is w/out a doubt in full mad man, dictator mode now. I actually think the McCain's, Paul Ryan's, etc...are scared and intimidated by his supporters (and losing those votes of course) which is why they're not speaking out against him!

The full blown narcissism, sociopath and worse is at its boiling point 'cause he knows he's losing big! What's equally scary is there's still a very long 80 something days left of soo much shit that could happen and that he could still win! Could happen If Hillary somehow royally fucks up at the debates and the Wikileaks shit at the minimum.

Look. No matter how much of a blow out it looks right now I am still not going to breathe easy until this shit is over.

The one thing that I do find great is that Hillary is polling ahead by double digits right now in states that will get her more then enough electoral votes without even HAVING to win Florida or Ohio. She could lose both and still win easily at this point. But I am hoping they still continue to pump tons of resources in those states which I am sure they will.

If he loses I am going to go into a coma of euphoria. Just picturing all those racist supporters with their stupid red "Make America Great Again" hats screaming and shouting or looking at their TV totally dumbfounded.

Hopefully coming to terms with the fact that the America they "want back" is GONE.

Keep pushing forward.

The debates will be one of the most watched televised events in history. Mark my words.

They're going to be on mine and Pud's birthday just so you know :)

You should have yourself a party where you dress up as a Presidential figure (factual or fictitious).

My friend today driving back to NY from CT passed by a Trump rally and saw a group of guys holding up a sign that read "Diversity = White Genocide" :manson:

Ugh. Is it election day yet so these people will GO AWAY!!! Please!!!!!

Hopefully they will be disgusted about Hillary winning that they will move to Russia or something. Because they sure as hell cant go to Canada since they are way more liberal then we are, and they sure as hell cant go to Mexico because of those "icky brown people".

Interestingly, I've seen two separate references to Trump having close links with Russia. The US banks stopped financing him so he gets a lot of his investment from Russia, his son said a few years ago the investments were disproportionately from there. He was called a 'useful idiot' and Putin would prefer to have him in power than Hillary. Also, his wife is supposedly an escort who decided to stay on and he's involved with many shady characters and business in Russia.

Does anyone else feel tensions are going to be very high on election day that violence will break out on the part of the Trump supporters?

oh yeah, but at the moment, it looks like people are looking for any excuse for a violent protest

The funniest thing is that those people DO go to places like Mexico to live. And expect to be treated like Kings and Queens. The amount of them in the Caribbean that despise black and brown people but expect respect. It's quite comical.

It seems to me it's the Hillary and Sanders supporters that get all violent.

I fear that it will be like the Rodney King Los Angeles riots if trump wins.
