His readership's consensus is that Barack Obama had Andrew Breitbart assassinated :1251:

Doesn't shock me. I am sure they believe he is a Muslim born in Kenya as well.

Lots of people blessed with an extra chromosome floating around on these right wing sites.

Has anyone mentioned it yet or am I the only one that gets fruity vibes from Kaine?

I know it's usually the republican that's a closet case so that would be breaking the mold.

America is a country full of xenophobic, sexist, gun loving, dangerously patriotic WASPS who aren't interested in facts, gay rights, social welfare (socialism) and all that mumbo jumbo, (in their opinion, not mine). Easily half of the population falls under that umbrella. That's America. It's so bizarre seeing everyone here acting all shocked at the shit Trump says. I used to live that awful side of American culture that nobody likes to admit on a daily basis. Trump is just a reflection of American culture and he's just saying EXACTLY what that group of people wants to hear and he's doing a FANTASTIC job at it.

Meanwhile, Hillary is keeping it safe like she's been doing for 30+ years and in the process she's doing a piss poor job at motivating the party, the disenfranchised, the disillusioned, etc., etc. Tim Kaine? Wow, I'm so excited  Even NP fucking R had a huge headline this morning that called him "boring, but the right choice" :lmao:

Everyone calling Trump supporters retarded, crazy saying that they're missing a chromosome, etc. isn't going to make them go away. They're there if you like it or not. They're a huge part of the country. And they're more motivated than ever before. Don't be surprised if Trump wins. There's nothing Hillary can say about him once the debates start that'll make him look bad because he's already said the most horrible shit possible and nobody cares. He's barely behind her in the polls.

Meanwhile 20,000 emails from the DNC's staff have leaked and it just makes all those disillusioned "crazy" Bernie supporters (like people say here) feel less compelled to vote for her and more disillusioned with the Democratic party. But yes, of course, it's BERNIE's fault and it's TRUMP's fault and their crazy base, NOT Hillary's fault that people find her uninspiring, hypocritical and untrustworthy  Oh, and it's the media's fault.

Anyway, just thought I'd share my two cents after weeks of skimming through the thread every now and then and just seeing everyone bash Trump and make excuses for Hillary's bullshit in the hopes that that'll somehow help her win come November.

Well if you want excitement, look outside of politics. Try base jumping. Kaine is not in the running to become your lover or best friend.

Look what happened when McCain went for excitement.

I was talking about things in general. I'm simply observing. I for one would never cast a vote based on frivolous things like likeability, charisma, etc., but A LOT of people would and do, and will. That's what I'm saying and was trying to say. Yes, I think choosing this unknown Tim Kaine fellow was a huge missed opportunity. Even Miguel said so above and he's a Hillary supporter. But the VP pick doesn't influence my opinion in the slightest. Why does everything that I say get twisted?

Anyway, are you even American? Why do outsiders talk to us Americans in such a condescending way? Not that I ever would, but if I were ever to vote for Trump, so what? I'm not going to go tell you who to vote for in your elections. That's literally the opposite of a democracy. If Trump or Clinton or choosing not to vote speaks to me that's my prerogative.

Oh, and not that I have anything against this Tim guy and from the little that I read, I'm sure he'll be a fine Vice President, but what's up with him speaking in Spanish? Am I supposed to vote for Hillary because he speaks Spanish? It seems so disingenuous. At least Trump eating a taco bowl on Cindo de Mayo actually reflects what most Americans think about Mexico :lmao:

And, and Tim Kaine, quite ironically learned Spanish on a missionary in the same country where Hillary boasted about orchestrating a coup and putting into power a pro-US, far-right fascist government.

Do they really think I'm that gullible?

Fking lord on Twitter now at *3:55 EST the #1 trending topic by 10 miles is #berniemustdisavow!! :# lmao

Tell me I mean TELL me how is Clinton/Kaine gonna even semi *energize people to *come out which all= winning! Yeah one could still say just the 'demographics' are enough for this? Look at those 'same demos' and where they go or don't go during non general election years (as recently as late 2014)! WHO is it that has all momentum, pre Obama buzz, hype, stimulation (be it good or GOD AWFUL) right at this moment? Still 3.5 months but that very, very scary disturbing trend better abruptly fking change...almost asap!

Gonna wait on the magical Houdini HOW they're gonna do this in 90 days? If things end up 'rigged'..um okay guess none of us would be surprised or even disappointed. But...still.

Settle pettle... that post wasn't in response to you - hence no quote.

I'm just sick of the media treating politics like entertainment. It's all about the horse race, personalities, phony scandals, while policy and the welfare of people barely gets a mention. That's why the media, pundits, political junkies are disappointed Hilary didn't pick someone to add to the entertainment and excitement factor. Excitement seems to matter more than having a good record on the things democrats stand for and proven ability. She really should have picked Carrot Top.

And when did I tell you who to vote for? I don't care what you do so thanks for the schooling on the meaning of democracy but it wasn't needed... :rotfl:

I don't think people were expecting a circus act. A lot of people wanted to see someone who's more progressive like Elizabeth Warren.

And nobody needs a lesson in democracy, but don't make those silly comments about me going bunjee jumping or looking for a lover. That's stupid and again, you're not American and don't understand what motivates people to vote. Whether you like it or not, A LOT of people want someone in office they can go have a beer with. Remember the Average Joe guy that the GOP paraded around? Not that it worked, but Americans are just weird that way.

If this was really true, then the saying that "the average American is ten times dumber than the dumbest European" must be true.

Why are all women on TV that support Trump, advisors and political commentators, always blonde bimbos? Where do they find them? I mean those women can hardly form a complete sentence that makes sense. Dyed hair, bleached teeth and lots of Botox. Never have I seen those fake people.

It's because he's a billionaire. Those women love him and the guys that look like him love him too. They think they have a chance with those women. :lmao:

... and again, you're not American and don't understand what motivates people to vote.

That's a very condescending thing to say. Especially since we (non Americans) never really get to hear from Americans what they want or what they don't want. It's just a big balloon of air. It's about the candidates only. Pro Clinton, Pro Trump, Anti Clinton, Anti Trump. This way of casting a vote based on the most superficial things is confusing and irritating to us non Americans. We are not used to his kind of circus. In our countries we actually serious discussions on many different issues. A candidate like Trump would be laughed off the podium. Speaking your mind is one thing and certainly welcomed BUT if you cannot back up your plans and ideas you will kick yourself out of the race. Furthermore no candidate running for an office would show this kind of behaviour or lack of manners like Trump. That would be considered a disgrace for the office. All that said, maybe non Americans are simply used to a more professional campaign and we will not lower our standards or expectations because "we don't understand the motives of the (American) people". This is an International board, maybe you and other American board members who are in favor of Trump or Anti Clinton start to explain properly what their motives are. Then we will have a discussion on that basis. But don't brush people off by the assumption not to understand other people by the mere fact that we are no citizens of this very country.

Okay, so you clearly thought about yourself reading my post and were quite affected.

Again with the 'you're not American' - are you really serious with that? Most people don't truly know what motivates people to do what they do, especially in large numbers. That's why opinion polls, focus groups, and political pundits are big business. You don't have any greater claim on that knowledge than anyone else.

And you call me condescending, woah. :rotfl:

I've said before I don't understand critics but here's why: would you critic a dance show if you were not yourself a dancer? Would you critic an English paper if you did not speak English? Or a French paper if you don't speak French? Don't let these things bother you, because the concepts of ARTPOP I spent a lot of time and research a love on.

My friend from HS posted one of those side by side comparison videos of Melania and Obama saying the same exact thing and A LOT of men (and 1 woman) bombarded her with a lot of hateful, borderline racist shit. She ended up deleting it, and this guy, one of the main culprits, responded with this.

He's defending his vote for Trump by saying Melania is so much hotter than Michelle. Not only that, but he also went to HS with us. His parents are Mexican and his grandpa is Arabic, from Egypt. Again, whether people like it or not, things like these are what motivates A LOT of people to vote.

I will never forget my blond bimbo friends in college voting for Bush over Kerry because he was hotter. :lmao:

Everyone from anywhere can comment here, I was never saying that. But coming in here and laughing at members for considering to vote for Trump and then saying "if you want excitement go bunjee jumping" after I simply commented that her VP was boring as fuck and did nothing to help her numbers just goes to show that you're all living in this weird fantasy where you think everyone is open-minded, educated, etc. like you when that's not the reality. That's not America.

And yes, it gets tired when nobody even tries to understand why so many people are voting for Trump. It's just page after page of silly comments about extra chromosomes, retardation, the end of the world, WWIII, blah blah blah.
