Britain votes in favor for Brexit

The pretentiousness of GU'S posts ooze from every pore. He didn't even vote yet sits in judgment of others who manned up and CHOSE. I've been reading his posts all night and still don't have a clue what he stands for. He's, uh, not extreme. Okay. I guess. Oh and he can address the "finer issues." I swear he's wearing a smoking jacket sipping fine brandy when he posts. Probably with classical music in the background.

I wonder what will happen to all British retired people living in the EU using health systems. In the EU you can retire in the country you wish but now they will have to pay loads. They are almost a million in Spain.

I wonder what will happen to Gibraltar too.

Yes I wonder about that too

I have the PMs. Would you like me to screenshot them? I know you only like an ass kisser but I'll never do that. Your idol said I should write for the president. What did she say about you? 😂

More diversion from the stupidity. You'll never escape it. You dug your own grave by saying you didn't vote for the country you're always putting on a pedestal while knocking the others. You look a damn fool as usual.

I don't care what Madonna told you in a forced sit down with 'her fans' in order to give the illusion of connecting.

Your arms tell the real story.

The irony is the UK already enjoyed the best of the EU deal out of ALL of the EU countries, yet it threw it away. It kept its own currency and had border control yet enjoyed the trade and financial benefits of EU free trade and regulation.

Exactly. No new negotiation will be more profitable ever than what UK had. They will reach some agreement but it won't be as good ever.

I don't know about finance though. I wonder if this affects much the fact that UK was getting lots of investors since Spain and Portugal and Greece started their problems. If that affects UK and British bonds aren't as attractive then it will be a very big mess.

I can't see the EU going easy on retired Brits wanting to use EU health care systems...

Sloaney get your gun. Sorry I'm not a flip flopper like you and try to make informed decisions. You were voting for a liberal socialist and then changed yoir vote to the ultimate scare mongering capitalist. You believe people should walk around carrying M-16s. I care not for your opinion

*fastens smoking jacket, sips fine brandy and turns the volume of Beethoven up to 11*

Well, karma is a bitch and they will be probably be treated the same way the English treat immigrants from the EU. They might even get kicked out and for good reason lol

Why wouldn't a great nation like Great Britain stay alongside other great nations like Germany or France or Spain or Italy is besides me. The immigration issue doesn't belong to just England but to all the west but the UK feels so special and obviously thinks they need not bother with those problems. Guess what bitches? The issue will never be solved this way! Economy will collapse so the poor people who voted out on false expectations will get even more poor and more pissed off!? What's next now? Get rid of the monarchy?!

An Italian talking about being stuck in the past and giving advice on economics :dead:

Your arrogance and ignorance are astounding

My nationality has got nothing to do with me having an opinion on this, any opinion

And I am not giving any advice, I am just expressing my opinion like you are in this thread

However childishly you manage to

You are a dumb fuck. I never stated I didn't have an opinion. Learn to read. I stated that I hadn't been swayed but rather deterred by the noise of each campaign.

And now that the results are in you got it all figured out. In America we call that being a Monday morning quarterback.

Can't people just discuss the issue without

Baiting others

Gloating over the result

Bringing up crap from PM's etc.

It is appalling on a politics thread. It is not the lounge or Flop Princesses.

Have some respect.

I'm so offended by your critique of my arms. Go scare some children with the subversive story of your face. 😂

I didn't dig any grave. I didn't knock any other country. If you actually read what I said you will notice that I only wished the best for the EU. Unlike you I don't wish negativity upon others so easily. You have bad karma and it shows.

Was this thread ever going to be anything other than a bloodbath? Come on, this is a historic day

That said.... GU, boy, you really shouldn't have admitted to not voting :rotfl: Talk about dismantling and discrediting

If you think that not voting discredits somebody's opinion then I'm shocked. Look at the stupidity in this thread. There's been discussions of nuclear war, independence cries, personal insults and people talking shit about things they know nothing about! Is it any wonder I was like 'fuck this shit'? Dr Lecter and every other Brit has mentioned being tired of this mess for good reason.

Omg the delusion of Cameron. He just said that nothing will change about goods and commerce relations hahaha

That's the big chunk of being part of the EU!

This man is either the biggest moron or the biggest liar.

The way he spoke about all the great he's done... :o He failed us long before Brexit was even a possibility.

I think your investment in this issue is obvious. You had the chance to make an informed decision weeks, months ago. Now you're coming here and telling people how to feel about the result. They voted, you didn't. It's not a good look.

Sloane and I may not agree on much on the subject of politics, but she's right. You're monday morning quarterbacking.

I'm actually sorry I did that. I have a huge love for Italians and I apologise to you directly. I got a bit swept up in the moment. The only...regretable thing I have said in this thread.

I miss those times when Europe had good presidents and politicians. Now they seem less prepared than your regular milkman

Except for my sex god Putin, all the leaders worldwide are horrific

First of all don't give me American football anologies. You don't even control the ball with your foot. Irrelevant. The majority of the people talking here don't even have the right to vote. Australians, Europeans and Americans!!! So are all of their opinions invalid too? Madonna has told people to vote many times and didn't actually vote herself. I think the trolls should all head on over to her instagram to make yourselves feel better about life. 😚😚😚

So for the next 2 years nothing will change much, except the big uncertainty. In 2018 will start all the changes

Omg the markets are downhill!

Next Tuesday the Eurogroup will have a meeting. The idea is to focus on the French - German axis and give green light to make faster the fiscal and bank union, now that there's no UK to block all those steps.

Cameron, aka the useful puppet. Meanwhile he'll be gone in October. Maybe he can enjoy the hidden Panama money. It's obviously going to affect infinitely more people that depend on a salary. Throughout Europe, UK and outside of it alike, of course

Bank Of England Carney said they have started exceptional contingency plans. Saying the capital requirements of UK financial institutions are ten times higher than pre 2008. "That huge liquidity gives banks the freedom to keep lending money freely to people and businesses"
