Why did Bernie vote to confirm her as Sec. of State if she's so awful and the Iraq war vote alone represents her foreign policy entirely?

he learned from his mistake. shes become an abomination.

Can we talk about important things? Like Queen Huma rejecting this woman's hug? God, I love her. I loved working for her.

:lmao:

I love when people just don't care...like, "No, no hug, get off me."

Trump is in a fight with the pope. The pope said if he wants to build a wall to keep immigrants out he's not a real Christian. Donald said that's disgraceful that a religious leader would question someone's faith and the pope might need his help in case ISIS attacks the Vatican.

This is the weirdest election ever. It makes me laugh. It does surprise me the pope jumped into the election and got in a bitchfest with the Donald!

Donald makes everyone go a little nuts even the Pope!

Forget about the personality, it's who has the right policies.

I don't agree. I think you need to have both. What is the point of having the right policies if you can't put any of them into practice. In the US system, the President is not King, he or she has to work with Congress and the general public to enact the policies. A President also has to negotiate with other world leaders and that requires the right personality.

Obama whether you agree with him or not has the special charisma "it" factor to really affect people and change things. Honestly, I don't think either Hillary or Bernie have the charisma. Bernie drives me a little nuts with his arm waving and finger pointing.

Bernie may call himself a socialist, but really his positions on most issues is pretty much the same as Hillary's.

I will vote for whoever wins the primary, but neither of them really excites me.

I mostly follow the election for the entertainment value of the Republicans!

Loving that Trump bitch slapped pope who continues to repress women's and LGBT rights while cherry picking who he wants to advocate for in the world. Pope just met with a Russian orthodox church representative and did not say shit about how terrible conditions are for different minorities in Russia. Extreme sexism, racism, homophobia, and xenophobia is out of control in all parts of Russia!

Trump is a major asshole and possibly a threat to international security, but this was funny.....

Yes, but that's not what they were fighting over. Donald Trump is against gay marriage, women's rights and is xenophobic in that he's against Muslims. So he is no more progressive than the pope on any of those issues so your comment really makes zero sense.

Trump didn't criticize the pope's stance on gay issues. I don't agree with the pope on gay issues, but in this case he is right about being opposed to Trump's plan to build a wall to keep out Mexican immigrants.

Trump didn't bitch slap pope on any of the issues that you are referencing. In this case, the pope is totally right about Donald Trump and his opposition to immigration.

This election is a complete circus. And all of it is coming from the republican side. This is going to be a loooooooong 9 months.

This is my thought every single day. I keep thinking that if the GOP gets crushed in November that maybe they'll sober up, but seriously, after years of Fox News and right-wing talk radio I am not sure there is any coming back from the fringe. What it boils down to is that the world is changing rapidly and they just can't handle it. I don't see change slowing down and I honestly don't know at what point they will just accept it. It is apparently the nature of conservatives to resist new ideas.

Don't agree with Trump's very harsh immigration policies and right wing rhetoric, but don't agree with pope's open borders philosophy either. Him and his church bureaucrats basically live in a extremely expensive fortress surrounded by giant walls to protect them and keep people out. Pope's a hypocrite to to lecture another country when catholic church has been awful to various groups of people for centuries. I'm not sticking up for Trump at all. Just his last comments toward pope was too good to ignore.

He is a hypocrite, though. There are hundreds of miles of fencing that have been mandated by law since 9/11 which means that most areas where the terrain will allow it and the land isn't privately owned are already barricaded in some way. Is Bush less of a Christian because the fencing is partially virtual, vehicular, broken, old or matted ?? Don't even get close to going there. Don't do it. Of course unlike at the much higher Vatican fortification even a border wall can be tunneled under or climbed or gotten around. There will always be gaps, and smugglers and migrants will seek out those gaps and go through.

Madonna and The Pope. Trump and Madonna are so similar. :rotfl:

Both completely disrespectful and come out on top!

Except that Madonna never backtracked  (conceding they have anything in common to begin with). "The Pope is a great guy" :rotfl: So he didn't exactly come out on top after he used completely different words the day before.

You can tell he was forced to eat his words not to offend the "God-fearing" Christian Right, Catholic or not. America's weird obsession with religion, or better, a certain America

Day 1

He even blames Mexicans for "brainwashing the Pope" into thinking he is not a good person :dead:

And he beats Clinton for the 1st time in a National poll:

http://usuncut.com/politics/bernie-ahead-in-national-poll/

They keep changing and this is from FOX lol

The republicans know they will beat Sanders in a general election so they are attacking Hillary as much as possible. Look at all the republican candidates all they do is mention/attack Hillary in debates and in their speeches. I never hear them mention Sanders. They know who enemy number 1 is. Fact. Not saying Sanders won't win the nomination but u have to atleast see this happening.

I don't think anyone has run a negative ad on Sanders yet. That's why his favorables are so high. The GOP can't wait to face him. I love the guy, but I have real doubts about a 74 year old Democratic Socialist with no Super PAC money behind him in the general winning swing states like Virginia, Florida, or Ohio (which Obama barely won in 2012 by 1-3% margins). The sheer optimism shown by his supporters alarms me a little. I don't know if they realize how close this election will really be...even if Trump is the nominee.

I agree. Bernie could never win Ohio or Florida and without those states it's over. The GOP will paint a very, very clear picture of him as being an aging Soviet Socialist whose out to raise everybody's taxes and that will scare a lot of Americans. It's sad but true. Hillary's survived attacks from the GOP for 25 years so I have more confidence she'll be able to pull through.
