Vegas show extra songs

Why would he be joking while being so detailed? If he mentioned these specific songs it must mean something right? Specially Take A Bow that was rumored before.

EDIT: If this was true, 3 more eras would be represented on that show! Like A Prayer, Bedtime Stories and Ray Of Light. :) Only Confessions and American Life missing ahah :D

He said this was because Vegas venues don't care how long you play.

I'm pretty sure this isn't true. Vegas venues are well known for keeping show lengths as short as possible because they want to get the audience back in the casino gambling. That's why all of the Vegas residencies (Celine, Britney, etc) are 90 minutes or less.

If this is true, for Asia and Australia, she really should start the show 20 minutes early and then add those three songs, so that those territories get to see two classics that she's never played there (as well as a never performed classic), and she doesn't have to worry about venue curfews.

Adding those three songs would make an already excellent set list even better! I hope she doesn't cut anything, though...

Monte was periscoping a bit ago and said Vegas shows will include ray of light, take a bow ,and like a Prayer! He said this was because Vegas venues don't care how long you play.

OMG! If so, please let them be professionally recorded and released!!

She could do those songs anywhere through the tour. Maybe Like a Prayer or Ray of Light instead of Rebel Heart. Or Take a Bow instead of Who's That Girl or Ghosttown. The good thing about this show is that there are a number of acoustic type songs that can be switched throughout the tour because they don't contain any choreography, backdrop etc

Rebel Heart has the fan art backdrop, which in a way is the centerpiece of the whole show. She can't take that out! And Who's that Girl and Ghosttown are too beautiful to take out.

Well she already took out WTG from one show.

I love Rebel Heart so much, I want to see her do it. But as the tour progresses I'm sure they'll be changes. I bet she decides to put in Joan of Arc instead of Ghosttown or something like that.

He is periscoping right now and mentioned the same, that they are doing Like A prayer , ROL, take a bow, Secret, Angel and Stay (??)I'm pretty sure he is just fucking with us

LMAO at people who believe this after he teased the surprise for DC and it turned out to be his album on sale. Also if it was true, I don't think he'd be authorized to tell us...

Bottom line, there's no way Madonna would extend a concert to 2 1/2 hours for free. And those songs don't fit ANYWHERE in the show.

Of course he'll say you should go to THAT show... it's only THE most expensive show on the ENTIRE tour, including Asia and Australia. Being a weekend in Vegas it has the single most expensive resale prices too, even higher than all the NYC shows.

LMAO, I can't believe I watched that. He totally sounded like he was joking, trying to keep a serious face but smirking. Then said only 63 people were watching tonight, but there are more now!

Anyway, there's just no way that is true. Madonna doesn't perform extra for free, and Vegas venues DO care about people going back to the casino to gamble.
