I can always find something enjoyable or redeeming about the rest of her catalogue. Also, can some explain to me the hate for Little Star because I LOVE that song and consider it one of the highlights on the album. The hate that it gets is beyond my understanding. I don't really HATE any of these songs. I just rarely listen to them and don't really care for them. I personally think Borderline is kind of cheesy and boring. "Over and Over" is the first example of that theme Madonna explores time and time again -- the same theme of "Don't Tell Me" and "Give It 2 Me" and in smaller doses in other various songs. The idea that she's never going to stop, that she will continue to love and to create as long as she's breathing. Similarly, with the "hurry up, I just can't wait" line, it's the first in a long line of "no waiting / no hesitating" songs. It has a special place in my heart for that. Even back then, in her early days, she had the drive and ambition represented in her art (not just in her interviews with Dick Clark: "to rule the world").
