English Translation:

May all be well with mankind

May the leaders of the earth in every way

Protect the earth by keeping to the right path

May there always be goodness

For those who know the earth to be sacred

May all the world be happy

Whatever I do

Whether my body, mind, sense, organs, intellect, self

Or out of natural inclination

I make it all an offering to

The all-pervading supreme being

does anybody know what it means?? Is it supposed to show creation of the universe?

It's very Kabballah.

The hands together create the form of an eye. It means that our souls will come together to the Light (God) again.

A raga (Sanskrit rāga राग, Bangla rāg রাগ, Tamil irāgam இராகம், Telugu Raagam రాగం, Kannada Raaga ರಾಗ, Malayalam rāgam രാഗം literally "colour, hue" but also "beauty, melody"; also spelled raag, raaga, ragam)[1] is one of the melodic modes used in Indian classical music.

So cyber-raga probably means the electronic version of raga. Orbit may have a clue about this. You need to ask him.

Is the audio perhaps from the DVD? :o

No, I think it's DJ Rive Roker's remastered version. Mhh...too bad the backdrop video doesn't come with the studio version. :( I think that we'll probably never get to hear all the MDNA tour versions, unfortunately.
