Justify My Love clown masks

I just saw a video suedehead posted in his Bowie thread.

He wore a similar mask and used it in a similar fashion in his performance of Aladdin Sane on the Diamond Dogs Tour.

In fact the beginning of Vogue (MDNA Tour) pays homage to that performance.

To try an answer the question, the incredible Erik Halley created the masks for the tour.

He did the bunny ears mask Kupono wore during vogue and the 'scary' masks the flexors wear during Act of Contriction.

I'm pretty sure he did the clown mask as well.

There was an amazing video on youtube featuring the work of Erik Hallley. Trying to find it.

Check out another incredible guy that worked with M for years.

For MDNA he did the crown and veil of the opening and the armor for I'm Addicted.

I'm sorry but this tour is a work of art. Not only because of the performances, the amazing stage and such, but the gread detail that was put into everything.

It's so intricate and elaborated.

For example the underrated performance of Hung Up. It's amazing and only a true artist would be brave enough to take a seemingly light song to a dark place and give it new meaning.

Fausto Puglisi created all the dancers head rams and vests for the performance. It's all inspired by the Roman Empire. I just can't!
