Phineaspoe
Never thought it would, but it has become one of my favorites from the album. I wish the subject matter was more interesting, but everything else is impeccable. In another place, at a different time this could've been a single... Roland Barthes
Take it with a grain of salt because it's only a suggestion but a friend of mine, very well connected in the fashion industry told me that "Some girls" has been picked as the soundtrack of a major brand fall tv ad campaign. Well, Best Friend's on the setlist... But I agree it should've been on the tour as well as Falling Free! I like that one better than Masterpiece! juSTIfyLovE
Here's an early demo of "Some Girls", it was sung by a session singer and has alternate instrumentation as well as some different lyrics. Sounds hot! And it is very interesting to see how Madonna made it more personal and "Madonna-like", same with "Girl Gone Wild" demo. http://uploading.com/files/get/4m54c1ad/MADONNA%2BSOME%2BGIRLS%2BEARLY%2BDEMO%2B1.mp3

Should have been a single by now. agreed. if she wanted something fresh and homogenized that would appeal to all demographs this was the GEM. not turn up the radio. mrlover
It blows my mind how fucking good SG is. It's like it's still growing on me when I already loved it. I'm not so sure it'd be a good single, but I'm really disappointed it's not in the show.
nightcutter
It would have been a great single. It's lead or second single material. It's depressing to think just how awfully the single releases from MDNA have been handled.
johnnox
One of my faves from the start, although I always thought it deserved a better ending. Love Spent has a great finish, but Some Girls runs out of ideas in the last 30 seconds. Still an ace track though.
Guest
I can't believe I wasn't in love with Some Girls when I first listened to the album, because it's now my 2nd favourite MDNA song, after Falling Free. I was so surprised it wasn't included in the set-list. My fantasy for the performance was: 1. An extended introduction with more sirens 2. Laser lights everywhere in the venue 3. A video backdrop with Madonna speaking the spoken interjections "Are you big and hard enough?" *faints*
Guest WMNA
Should have been on the tour. Should have been a single by now. I would have loved to see this performed live too. Even as a video screen
Chimera
This song would be the shyt live...a pity she didn't include it, it has everything to create a great performance of it The lyrics the attitude the sound from beginning to earth...the vocal style remind me of Blondie's Good Boys which I love as well, though Some Girls has more attitude and power..."got their fuck me porn star heels on"
